    @tescomobile I do its the phone from you! The screen is cracked beyond use ive been using a borrowed one for a yr with no issues! When im not on Wi-Fi i dontt have internet either! I will try to reply but now at work

    @tescomobile I haveSamsungA14 contract until Dec.. 2026. It is not an A14 4 or 5G. My no. finishes 701 & doesnt allow me 2 access external 4G. I got new Sim which I was told would fix issue. It didn't. I will not have Internet access 4over a year when I can eventually replace

    what a bad service from @tescomobile .want to charge my elderly dad £36 for a replacement sim card. On hold then call terminated . Never use this company

    @picklemonsterG @tescomobile If they have not ported your number or you have had enough you only great 14 days to tell them to stuff it. They had not ported my number and it seems to be a common problem with Tesco. Good luck.

    @tescomobile I have a Samsung S20 and would like WiFi calling activated as I have no phone signal at home. The activation option does not exist on my phone. I believe Tesco have to activate it. Can someone get back to me. Thanks.

    @cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?
