@TSB This would not be such a big issue, if the nearest branch isn’t half a county away and your phone lines were always busy. Why haven’t the bugs in the app been sorted by now as this is the fourth time it’s happened I think it’s time to switch banks

@TSB You need to get the some skilled people on this bank and people with app skills. Shambles. Trying to pay 20 people in Uk. They need money for essentials. It’s 2022 this **** is unreal.

@TSB Why is everything down? Why it everything down so often? What you are doing to get it back up and running today? What you are doing to stop it collapsing in future? No local branches so we need reliable app, internet, cards etc.
