@TSB All that money you are saving from shutting local branches, perhaps you could direct some of it to getting a working app, I mean you ain’t a start up company FFS!!! Others i speak to say I never have problems with my online banking - guess what they don’t bank with TSB 🙄

@TSB I think you need to pass this comment to your superiors and explain that a lot of customers are complaining all of a sudden, following a script to fix it for every person isn’t the answer, it makes the bank look incompetent. It’s now 10pm and it’s still down btw

@TSB you better not charge me for going overdrawn when it’s you that’s prevented me from accessing my money 😡 when will your app/internet banking be fixed? And don’t say later or “we’re working on it”!
