    @TSB No, you have cancelled my card, I now have to wait 3 - 5 working days for another, so that is next week. This is the second time you have done this to me without warning. Utterly unacceptable.

    Do @TSB always send a text after you withdraw money warning that you need to check you have enough for future payments. I’ve had no access to online banking for 4 weeks now so can’t check on there what’s come off

    @TSB It’s ok I’ve seen from another thread it was down to a security breach and some customers cards have been compromised, seems there’s a few, not impressed at the lack of communication from tsb as to why the new card was been issued, just the fact it was, had to find out from X 🙄

    @TSB really disappointed with the service I have received since switching to your bank. Been frozen twice and had a payment held. All with no justification. Very poor. Once my account is unfrozen and I get the switch reward I suspect I will switch away.

    @TSB honestly has THE WORST customer service, the app Doesnt work properly , im trying to give YOU money but your phone advisors are refusing to take all because i cant remember 6 digits of a code given in 2022. Mind you, ive already gone through three ssecurity checks 😡

    @TSB hey tsb every time I open my banking app the app crashes after 5 seconds which leads me to using the website half the time which isn’t that reliable is there any fix to this? I have the iPhone 14 on the latest version and I’ve made sure the app is up to date

    @AndreaLSimpson @TSB Been with them since start of last month. Spent 4 weeks now locked out of online banking. 3 complaints made no reference numbers provided. A large phone bill trying to call them. Still no access. I’m trying to leave and even that’s a nightmare

    @TSB Your standard of service is poor,, been messaging you on chat for days with no response. On phone again,, on hold for ages as per usual.

    @TSB And once again with zero warning the TSB banking app is unable to authenticate login "you will need to setup your device again" This is the 4th time this has happened in the past year with no resolution by yourselves, your bank and banking app are a joke.
