Tried to open a business account with @TSB and waited 2 weeks for an update. Tried to log in today to find out and my application can’t be found(??) Called up they said my application can’t be found(??) Emails sent from TSB still show our communication but yet according to 1/2

I don’t want to catastrophise. I’ll start with a new bank swiftly, do the necessary admin and get on with my life. But can I just say, @TSB - this is a shocking way to treat a customer! I plan to refer the case to the financial ombudsman to help prevent it happening again. 🙏

@TSB So your mobile app says your help numbers are available 7am-11pm 7 days a week. On your website (and the phone) says 8am. Just wasted 6 min going through automated messages to find out your app timings are wrong. Phoning from abroad, wasted money. Please update.

Why oh why would anyone chooses to bank with @TSB is beyond me, moved most of my banking away approx 5 yrs ago due to very poor service. Ombudsman awards complaint in my favour, still trying to sort the issue. 3hrs on the 📞 2hrs in branch & still no further🤬🤬🤬
