@TSB what is the point of having a Chat function in your app, that asks you to describe the issue while waiting for an agent ... then promptly closes the conversation each time you describe the issue. A continual loop wasting time.

@TSB been trying to get through on the phone to your Debit Card Fraud Payment Verification team since 17:55 this evening, still not had my call answered. Rang your customer service line on a second phone who put me back through to the same number. Awful, time wasting service.

How long does it take for @TSB @TSB_News Bank to actually help their customers? - 1 month later still nothing - 1-5 customer support calls - endless messages on Twitter Plus more. What do you think guys?
