    Seriously @TSB your app is down on a bank holiday payday? Why is this a regular occurrence? Why should people continue to bank with you? Maybe Santander taking you over will sort the crap out 🤔 #tsb

    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).
