@TSB @maxibarthez They're taking the mick out of you. It's not intermittent and it's affecting everyone. Gather evidence as much as possible (screenshots of this and online banking fails etc) and sue the bums off them. At the very least you need to go to Financial Ombudsman Service

@TSB how do I get my cash then? Just rang up to be told after a 25minute wait that there's literally nothing to be done. Can't get into my account‽ There's some serious issues need addressing here.
