    So far this year, I've had a power cut, my Internet isn't working, and the @TSB Bank has robbed me...can't wait to see what the rest of the year will bring, I'm super optimistic....

  • Javopolis_ Javopolis_ (@Javopolis_) reported

    @TSB I am having issues with Apple Pay using my TSB card. I currently cannot use it to travel at TFL stations. Can you please look into this as I do not want to get stranded. Thank you.

    @TSB do you still use security questions for restoring account access if a password is forgotten? I'd like to reset mine if they're still used but I can't see how

  • ClaireM32903289 Claire McKenna (@ClaireM32903289) reported

    @wopraider @TSB I can’t access either!

  • TheRossOwenShow The Ross Owen Show 🎙️ (@TheRossOwenShow) reported

    @TSB as a customer of yours for many years I’m very disappointed that your live chat and phone lines are operated by bots who don’t even understand my question. Waste of time

  • cold_cxffee coldccoffee (@cold_cxffee) reported

    @TSB I think the original message said I would be contacted but when I log in, it says I need to ring a number. However, I’m currently abroad so international calling is not really a possibility - is there any other way to gain access again?

  • snaicitilopprac N (@snaicitilopprac) reported

    @TSB Customer for 9 years. ABSOLUTE #DISGRACE. Lost my card; called your lost card/fraud hotline. 20 mins still on hold. And why ask me for security code when it's on the LOST card?!?!?!?! Illogical.

    @TSB and I am exactly where I was 2 hours ago. Sending links that I already found which do not meet my needs is a waste of time. If you read the initial message I sent you would see what you are advising is no help at all.

  • AnnaDen11083186 Anna Denton (@AnnaDen11083186) reported

    @TSB currently waiting for 58 minutes on one phone and 28 on another. Customer service bypass.

  • _Tazmaniandevil Uncle Tap (@_Tazmaniandevil) reported

    @TSB internet platform gets worse, if you can believe that is actually possible. Insists on sending the same one time password 3 times and rejecting it 3 times when trying to authorise a payment. Online staff ask, "how are you getting to our website?" Seriously?
