  @TSB a simple answer would be great. All day again with no online banking cards not working etc. Get it fixed. Can't even go to my local bank because you closed them all. #timeforanewbank

  @TSB No: telephone, mobile or online banking, cash machine won't take the card and chip and pin device declines the payment. What is going on? What is the issue, were you hacked? Are our accounts safe?
