    @elliecowley @TSB My parents have been waiting since yesterday morning to process two payments online (that have a deadline of 1pm today). This is a basic financial service. I can’t believe this. @tsb: Please FIX IT and please give us some REAL updates (not this constant template response!).

    @TSB 1/2 - Been trying 2 pay several bills online since Saturday a.m. Verification codes taking hours 2 arrive - way beyond 10 min window, so they are useless. Called customer service (40 mins on hold) on Saturday night - just said they are aware of problem but gave no help.

    @TSB hello. Trying to checkout my grocery shop. Your new verification method says I need a code, to be sent to my mobile, which I have checked is correct. I have been trying for 4 hours still no code. I've checked and double checked my details are correct Fix it please

    @elliecowley @TSB @tsb Are your engineers even working on the problem? Are they active at the weekend (or do you have to wait until Monday?). What’s the latest from them? ETA? Have they detected WHERE or WHY it’s occurring or how widespread? Give us SOMETHING so we can plan!

    @TSB Can you please provide an update on your One Time Password issue - you should be updating your customers - i have not been able to purchase anything online because of it .
