@TSB Yes, I did check immediately and that's how I saw the maintenance notification. No such transaction in my pending ones, just a couple from yesterday. Is there anything I can do? I cannot call because I have no network service abroad.

What UK bank accounts still allow you to purchase #cryptocurrency #bitcoin #crypto @tsb has just lost a customer by stopping my spending MY money on what I want. More the reason for decentralisation.

@TSB Hi. I've been trying to switch my mortgage (existing TSB customer), but the system is down. Spoke to a helpful person this morning about it. Can you confirm I'll get the quoted rate (5yr, 1.09%) even if rates were to rise while your switching system is down? Thanks

@TSB tried to open joint account 3 weeks ago which apparently would take a couple of days to go through! This is becoming urgent and not a word from you! No one answers the phone & need an account number to speak to anyone still waiting for an account number…. Appalling service
