    @Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

    @TSB I am a disabled man with a disabled child if debit card has to work or we don't eat its that simple. Its been off and on for THREE days and I am at my wits end trying to get through. This is outrageous service. I suffer severe PTSD and anxiety. PLEASE HELP

    @TSB 9210358: You have entered an incorrect user ID or password. Every time I try 2 log in (my app is fine) I have reset the info 4 x's now and it still says it's incorrect. why?? It works on the app but I need online to apply 4 stuff. Help, called but even they don't know why.

    @TSB you are blocking all my transfers. Saying you'll be in touch in an hour and I've heard nothing all day. Tried telephone banking and it wouldn't go through either. It's just into my Monzo. What's the issue
