    @Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

So thank you for taking the time mate 👍 I work in Customer Service and know if I have two customers to look after & one isn't coming back to us, that's the one that goes last. But true.     @domster @TSB No, there were no ads on there or anything I wanted to block so had them off. I also reported it on Brave's forum. The link to the login page goes straight there now without the browser warning so I think that they have removed it - for now.

    @TSB You blocked my acct 7pm last night & your promised followup instructions within 1hr failed to show up. Today, a 55 minute wait to speak to someone: the poorest service I've ever had, in 45 yrs of personal & business banking. How do you explain such abysmal performance?

    @TSB used my credit card a couple times yesterday & it was fine, tried a transaction last night & was declined. Now i log in to online banking and it’s not in my accounts at all? Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Had no contact from the bank at all to suggest anythings wrong?

    @TSB over the last 4 days I have spent 5 and half hours trying to get through to the debit card department to unblock my card! Still not got through and just spoke to Reg at customer services who was really uninterested to honest! What happened to #customerservice

    @TSB 3 days on the phone trying to contact fraud team Automated support refers to me a live chat that I can’t access because the fraud team have locked me out of my account I have bills to pay urgently and need access to my account or a human being ASAP
