@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@CBers @TSB I am having the same issue. Mobile device and it arrives about 20-25 mins after. By that time the code doesn't work. Tried a few times both app and web page exactly the same.

@TSB still having the 'update business details' problem. If I click 'continue' I get logged out. (this needs fixing!) I have to go in to update, then click 'back to my accounts' and hope. Please test and fix. Do not talk about cookies or caches.

@TSB I've wasted much of this morning trying to log in to internet banking. The system is not working - the one time codes arrive too late to work. I'm now in danger of being locked out !! Please fix this immediately !!

@TSB The IT for this organisation is absolutely pathetic. It's barely worked all weekend. It constantly asks for a one time password and yet the glitch doesn't bring up the box to put the code in!!!!
