@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB @TSB Sorry is not enough to compensate for the difficult situation you have put so many of your customers in with yet another error! Enough for me to part ways with you this time, as soon as I receive all my money back.

@TSB I also find it laughable, that your social media team have been left with nothing but canned responses to issue to customers. I will be taking ALL of my accounts elsewhere as a result of this. You haven’t even sent me a personalised reply to my DM!!

NEWSFLASH @TSB my money in MY account is not yours to take anytime you want!! A 'glitch' to you is not the same to people in the real world. With our bills, travel and food prices rising. Barely living as it is!! Can you return my money now!!

@KarenaHigton @TSB I did the same with Admiral - on hold to them for over an hour trying to work out why they have charged me for a whole year car insurance twice in one month. Turns out, wasn’t them and there were 6 other payments duplicated too. I’m £656 down.
