    @Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

    @TSB had a text to say my switch failed. Tried to call the number but says closes at 5; yet the website states 8? Which is it?

    @kelvs97 @TSB My also stopped working, can't pay with card and my online bank just died a minute ago as well so I can't even transfer money to another card. I'm very angry

    @TSB @JaneCalveley I had DD. Taking out no refund Then had. New card issuer same. Number fraud happen on match card number b only because I had problem with last card bank didn’t give me new long card numbert

    @TSB what is going on and if there’s a problem identified why doesn’t your chatbot tell me!! Sort it now. You are not achieving best outcome for your customers. Sick of it!

    @TSB again, problems with online payments, your customer tells me this is because the site I was using had 3d secure turned off and so wouldn't generate the otp code.. Not correct! I got the code within seconds... Maybe proactively notify of these issues in future?
