@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB I've spent all week trying to renew the bank connection with @Xero and tried everything including incognito mode, different browsers, cache clearances etc. Losing the will to live now. It seems to be whenever you stick the revolut promo page up as part of the sign in process

@TSB - two weeks and we still cannot successfully connect our bank feed to @Xero , this is a nightmare due to imminent VAT return needing to be processed. Can you please take responsibility and fix this issue ASAP. Moving to @StarlingBank otherwise. It’s beyond a joke now

@Xero @TSB our bank feed disconnected in the last week. Daily, I've tried to reconnect, I've complained to both companies and raised cases and nothing seems to happen or work. At this point, I dont care whose fault it is, just that someone can fix it. 😢

We'll have to look at moving from @TSB if this level of poor connection continues with @Xero because we can't lose hours of time every month trying to sort this issue
