    @Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

    @TSB hello, I have had a fraud case closed but there’s money under the case number going out? And transactions are in both pending and saying they’ve already been made, so there’s double the amount gone out, any help would be appreciated

As I've learned from my ongoing battle with @HSBC, some banks will defend the indefensible, and will use their limitless resources and a default NO to try and grind you down. Don't throw in the towel. These corporations are made up of people. Hold them accountable.

    Once I have paid off the balance on my @TSB credit card, I will be sending it back never to use it again. I have a DD for £100 pm set up but wish to pay off the balance. Been trying the website for several days now "an error has occurred ". Meanwhile interest accrues 😖

So thank you for taking the time mate 👍 I work in Customer Service and know if I have two customers to look after & one isn't coming back to us, that's the one that goes last. But true.     @MrWasnt @TSB Mate, I'm clearly pissed off and having a very frustrating time with a bank - no one ever needs a semantically obsessed smart *** at a time like that. I was going to just say **** off but I'm sure you're nice really.
