    @Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

    @rossmalco @TSB She didn’t know sadly, their IT team are working on it. Poor woman sounded very down trodden already by 0845.

    @TSB Online banking not working on Firefox. After logging in there's a screen 'Keep up your savings habit.' Clicking continue logs out instead of carrying on to banking. Works OK in Chrome.

    Good old @TSB as great as ever for customer service. Payments to @Apple not going through and TSB suggest just to get someone else to do the purchase as they are aware of the issue. FIX THE ISSUE!

    @TSB hi. Someone has used my card to sign up for Amazon Prime, it’s not a direct debit so I can’t cancel it on the app. Can you do something to stop it happening again please, and ideally chase down the two payments that have already gone as well. Thanks

    *Insert funny joke here* Punch line @TSB fraud and investigations team. 2 weeks and still not fulfilled a single promise, leaving us in debt and without a way to warm our home with 3 kids and 2 disabled adults. Please make people aware of the poor service of this renowned bank.

    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB there is a problem with your website. I get "logged off" automatically after entering my personal info. Customer service unable to help me and say they've reported it. But that was on Sunday a.m. and I still have same issue. Anyone else?
