@TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

Not sure if anyone on iPhone is trying to access the #TSB #TSBapp without any joy? It your using ‘Log in with FaceID’ try just going to ‘Log in’ and put in your memorable information - logged me in straight away 👍🏼 @TSB

As I've learned from my ongoing battle with @HSBC, some banks will defend the indefensible, and will use their limitless resources and a default NO to try and grind you down. My poor old Grandad was advised over 25 years ago by @TSB (@LloydsBank ) to put money into a Cash ISA as it was “the sensible and best way to earn money”. After some terrible news he’s just looked at his account to find he has made £27.10 in 25 years, poor man is heartbroken!! 💔

Once I have paid off the balance on my @TSB credit card, I will be sending it back never to use it again. I have a DD for £100 pm set up but wish to pay off the balance. Been trying the website for several days now "an error has occurred ". Meanwhile interest accrues 😖

Find it crazy how your bank can just assume something is fraudulent on your account with having no indication of any fraud activity… Then block all your cards and deny you from logging into online banking @TSB
