TSB Bank Issues Reports Near Wishaw, Scotland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wishaw and nearby locations:

  • VonnSand Vonnie Sandlan (@VonnSand) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

  • VonnSand Vonnie Sandlan (@VonnSand) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

  • Lealea2009 Pauline Campbell-Jones💫🏁😽🦖 (@Lealea2009) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@TSB banking app down 🙄 info please

  • JulieJohnston15 Julie Johnston (@JulieJohnston15) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

  • Lealea2009 Pauline Campbell-Jones💫🏁😽🦖 (@Lealea2009) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@TSB I've managed to get logged back in thank you. There was a message saying that there was a problem at your end and trying to resolve it.

  • sunnyginvesting Sunny Gill (@sunnyginvesting) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

TSB Bank Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CuriousScutter Jack Garfinkel (@CuriousScutter) reported

@TSB .@TSB can only send out cards and new PINs by post. They cannot help you in branch, even if you have ID. They can give you cash, which is nice but also very 2010. Their staff are polite, but the bank's policies mean they can't help.

  • twittheNeil Neil Christie (@twittheNeil) reported

@TSB Had two payments due today and they are showing as being made in my account but what’s the reason behind the second payment, to each, of £0.00 to each? I see others have had problems too, mine just part of the same.

  • DS19484 Dave Smith (@DS19484) reported

@TSB Hi, a regular scheduled standing order has left my account but not been received by the recipient. Are you able to check if there's been any kind of issue?

  • Mali_D M (@Mali_D) reported

@tsb are there any issues at the moment? I haven't been paid a standing order I recieve on the first of the month from a tsb account to another. Now I'm short on ££. What could this be? The SO has not been cancelled and there's money in the account.

  • keelyscotthall Keely (@keelyscotthall) reported

@BeckyMoorcroftx @TSB I’ve had the same aswell this morning, that’s why I came to look on Twitter if any problems so it defiantly must be a issue

  • Mali_D M (@Mali_D) reported

@TSB Please can you put some messaging in a pinned tweet and update it regularly. When will it be resolved? I now have no money to get into work this morning. Some mass communications when issues like this occur would be helpful to ensure everyone knows.

  • davidb59 david benjamin (@davidb59) reported

@DS19484 @TSB Same here to our joint account to pay the mortgage. Tried to call. It says there is an issue, again! They are aware and resolving it and not to try and make a manual payment

  • BeckyMoorcroftx Rebecca..x 🦋 (@BeckyMoorcroftx) reported

@TSB Hi a regular scheduled standing order has left my account but has not been received by the recipient. Is this a known issue?

  • dominica52 Dominic Ainsworth (@dominica52) reported

@TSB so what was the issue, where did that money disappear to?

  • MTSMFTFTFJ Midnight To Six Man (@MTSMFTFTFJ) reported

@prideofscot @TSB @Daily_Record On her way home?... With a Police issue radio still switched on? Or did they phone her personally, and especially, to come back, get all her safety gear on and then go and deal with the knife-wielding attacker? Or am I being cynical?
