    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so Ā£10 would go to the balance Ā£20 interest??
