    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so ยฃ10 would go to the balance ยฃ20 interest??

    @TSB This is really helpful, thank you! Do you have any plans to accept cheque through your app like most other banks? Obviously due to my job it's almost impossible to visit a branch so have to rely on online banking for everything and tbh it's lacking some major features.

    @TSB App wont work. Saying it cant authenticate my login. Asking me to set up my device again. Android version 11 Note 10 Plus.

    @TSB Hi Sophie, i am experiencing the same isues as everyone else who has DM'd you. The app is down, we cannot connect, its asking us to reset the app on our phones. Can you please advise when this will be fixed? Many thanks

    1/2 @PrideOfBritain had to turn this off, sponsored by the @TSB bank.This bank stole ยฃ12K off of our business account during the loss of our daughter (search their profile or Google it you will see our account isnโ€™t the only one being randomly shut down with the loss of money)

    @TSB submitted fraudulent transaction report on 3rd November and still no reply. Tried to phone today and spent over half an hour on hold before giving up. Is this normal service for TSB?

    @TSB surely you must be able to tell when an existing Apple Pay customer puts it back on via an app update or new device etc. sending out a mail everytime seems costly and not very environmentally friendly

    @TSB is your mobile banking app supposed to ask for another login when you close its window? If I leave the app open and come back to it, it comes up logged in ,unlike my other account with another bank which asks for fingerprint again? I'm using the latest app.
