It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

Potters (@spotter75) reported@TSB I’m looking at loans. Your website says both that “there is no fee for making overpayments on your loan” and that “we may charge up to 58 days interest on any full settlement…”. Which is it please. Both can’t be true. Is it just full settlements you charge on?!
-
funtime 67 (@errolf67) reported@TSB @JFoxleyBrookesx Tsb, yer app sucks ***. Constant problems with connecting, transfers, saying no internet, same auld shite all the time. Been with yous over 34 years now. Can't see yous getting to 35
-
Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking £10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.
-
Mareesham (@Mareesham) reported@TSB No it hasn’t, I still can’t access it!!
-
BumbleGirls (@TinyLionesses) reported@MCOOK73 @TSB Not for me either! This is a TSB problem, not a customer problem.
-
Keith Ambler (@keithbfc) reported from Leyland, England@TSB yet again the app does not work, saying ive either no Web connection or if it very slowly connects, sorry we werent able to do that appears. Awful been nearly 2 hours now.
-
Claire Morrison (@claireywurly) reported@TSB my dad needs a new bank card as the contactless doesn’t work, he tried in app however as it’s a joint account it has only sent for my mum. The nearest branch is 30 mins away and he is unconfident on the phone, can you please help
-
Innovation Festival (@innovfest) reported@TSB visited Edinburgh branch - machines say you can pay in cash - you can’t - hence end up in long queue for service
-
Potters (@spotter75) reported@TSB So how can you describe it as being free of charges then - sounds like it is triggered when ever it’s paid off. So if the customer pays early (unless in the last 90 days) they will pay a fee. Your website doesn’t make it clear. Heard of Consumer Duty?!
