If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

Vonnie Sandlan (@VonnSand) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandInfuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

Stephen (@StephenSmithDR) reported@TSB again, problems with online payments, your customer tells me this is because the site I was using had 3d secure turned off and so wouldn't generate the otp code.. Not correct! I got the code within seconds... Maybe proactively notify of these issues in future?
