I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

@TSB Fed up having issues every time I have to reinstall the app on a new phone. It asks for a certain length password then tells me it is too long!! Gives me a SMS no and then does not accept it. All info correct yet now locked out. Time to change bank

@TSB app playing up today, not recognising device, no issues previously..went through the pain of deleting app and starting again, remembering all info & when I got the 6 digit number texted, it still chucks me out, very poor, can't manage money today and need to move it about😠

@TSB for 2 days now I've been unable to use the mobile app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times. Called helpline was advised to turn off mobile data and use wifi. Still not working. Every time an error message appears after entering the 6 digit pin I was sent.

@efanhywel @TSB That is very frustrating I think you should contact a security expert I lost all my safe moon but @nathancyberspy a cyber security expert got them reversed to my wallet after so many days of waiting for his support

@TSB so I couldn't log on as your website and app told me my details were incorrect- made new online details these are apparently still incorrect?! And yes I've tried WiFi and data and restarting my phone
