Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

@TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

@TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

@TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

@TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

@TSB why has a payment I've tried to make has been denied despite the fact I had to go into my online banking app to approve it? Used my fingerprint ID verification TWICE and that still wasn't good enough. Called 2 of your customer service numbers. Neither were useful. :(

Due to the fact @TSB no longer do counter service after 1600 our money from our @RNRMC collection as part of @TEAMDIFH_RNRMC won’t be paid in until later on in the week. Not happy with TSB.

We were being Support Bears today & giving H lots of hugs. @TSB are incompetent idiots & making everything so darned stressful. She has had almost 3 hours of phone calls now since January & we still don’t have a bank account. We are an established business We open April 6th! 😡

@TSB my mobile app keeps giving the "oops - something went wrong" error message when I try to approve payments. Your colleague on the phone told me she couldn't see any issues, but the problem persists. Can you please look into this?

@TSB so my mum is elderly & deaf. I am trying to add mobile phone no. Online banking registration doesn't work. Phone banking discriminates against deaf. Online help were useless but Terry from Swansea call centre perfected the ' say what you want but I'm not here to help'
