It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.
