These problems always seem to happen around the month end too, when people are reliant on moving money around. Very poor, please resolve properly or you will lose more customers.

Ben (@bennelincs) reported@TSB Like most people today is when I have to pay a lot of bills. An outage shouldn’t last this long, don’t you have backup servers? This is embarrassing and tells me you don’t invest enough in cyber, which is frightening to be honest considering the amount of cyber crime there is.
