    Hi @TSB you were unable to send me a text warranting my check out for travel insurance with the post office. I called your line and the server was no use whatsoever. Cheers for that.

    @TSB Hi Rich, I'm out and about now and away from my laptop but it's very inconvenient. Seems to happen on crome the most. I'll screen shot it when it happens next, but there's usually an issue every time I come to log in... most notably at night

    @TSB shocking customer service at the King's Lynn branch today, all service windows closed and some condescending brat walking the floor treating everyone like they're thick. About time to change banks I think.

    Well the “one time passcode” for visa 3D secure by @TSB works well. First time I get a code. Tap it in where requested fails due to incorrect code despite entering it and double checking it when tried a second time. Had it resent same “error” and ran out of tries.

    @TSB Thanks. Just did what you have advised, and same issue. User ID is correct. Just not getting through to the password page. Is there an issue with the server?

    @TSB out of interest when is good time to use your internet banking? Every time I try to use it lately it times out and says there's an error. It's been really ropey since you 'updated' it a few years ago and it's getting worse.

    Isn't it great when they reach out to you only for them to tell you the same thing or to speak to a bot. Sort it out @TSB, after 25 years as customer I will be leaving at the end of the month.
