@CausticHorizons @TSB Day 5 of no access via the app for me. Tried to reinstall and now I just get error when entering the OTP to login to my account, yes I can still log in through the website.

Dear @TSB, I raised a complaint via your App chat as recommended by you but I don't think it is being followed through. When I query again I chat I am not convinced the reply is relevant and then the message says the case "is closed". Please help.

@TSB super happy with my switch to TSB and that you can call your branch directly. Plus the reassuring fraud guarantee and the layout of the app. My issue was dealt with in less than an hour.
