    @TSB I've spent 30 minutes on the phone to a retailer complaining and asking why they have charged me twice and, when they had no idea and could not help, left a negative customer review. It's not just us being affected but the retailers we transact with

    @TSB I have been left with £3 in my account. I have an appointment at the vets later today because my 15 year old dog is very ill and was due to be put down later. Now I am so worried that my poor dog is going to have to suffer longer than she has to because of this issue.

    @zai_online @TSB I’ve complained (formally) three times since 2016. £150 each time. Make sure you have hard copies of you statements showing the duplicates and screenshots. Handy for sending to the ombudsman. Even though they have admitted an issue, still complain.
