    @TSB It’s an iPhone, so IOS. I’ve even tried using browsers that open the desktop site by default—no use. Just goes to a blank page and you can’t get out of it without closing it. Which means you then have to log back in to online banking. I don’t have a laptop or desktop computer.

    @TSB Your business banking phoneline is probably the most difficult automated service to get through, it seems to deliberately funnel you away from speaking to an advisor. Also, your complaints form won't even load. Can someone get in touch pls, otherwise I'm closing my account

    @TSB my bank accounts being restricted and I don’t know why. I can’t send or receive money and I’m meant to get payed today but uv rejected it. I have a family to support with just my wage and need it as where down to penny’s! Can someone help please?!?!

    @karaokejackie @TSB I'm a customer, my dad is I had to inform him, he always goes to atm for mini statement, @tsb could of communicated with their customers about the closure, not like they haven't got our details.

    @TSB I doubt the version matters—but I’m using IOS 15.6.1 at the moment. Just to add that I tried to turn on text alerts using a laptop today (used my work machine) but the page on text alerts doesn’t have any content—just a blank page. Think it’s broken.

    @TSB closing peoples accounts down for fraud without telling them. When you try to take money out they mess it up send you away because of lunch breaks and don't fulfil their request of transferring the money over nor do they contact you with any updates. Isn't that stealing?

    @TSB can someone help pls before I have to set off for my 3 n 1/2 hr walk to your branch with my 3 year old as I have no money or car as you haven’t allowed my work to pay me.
