    @TSB I wouldn't prefer to DM you as it seems to me that @TSB want to hide problems away behind DMs, when existing and prospective customers should know the truth about poor customer service. Use a feature from a large email provider that they thmselves recommend to protect urself 1/2

    It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

    . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life
