  @TSB This is not good enough. If you had proper branches here in Crosby none of this would be necessary. I cannot even log on to your website. I am not going to have to travel to Bootle. 10.5 k in banking chanrges in 2007/8 for this level of service.

  @TSB SO annoyed- 'One time Password' for anything I do. You phone me whenever I login, again if I pay someone £5 on same session! Chat help is a narcissistic robot, Im not worth a person? Force me to phone a number you are too busy to answer. SERVICE!
