@TSB why when I'm ringing you through the app is it asking for the the security 3 digits after asking for my account number and sort code. Need to sort an issue ASAP and not willing to but them 3 numbers in. Cant visit my local branch cos you've closed it 😡😡😡

@TSB Well, you will loose custom. Glad I don’t back with you, if I did, I would be gone by now. I have never had any issues. This is a new asset class that is not going away.
