    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @MissEllisIsland @TSB I managed to sign in once earlier. It then wouldn’t let me transfer any money out. Ridiculous. I’ve left tonight and will be set up with a new bank within the week. After 28 years of loyal service.

    @TSB I think you need to pass this comment to your superiors and explain that a lot of customers are complaining all of a sudden, following a script to fix it for every person isn’t the answer, it makes the bank look incompetent. It’s now 10pm and it’s still down btw
