You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.

Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.
