    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB Enough is enough. Branch closed, app down, bills not paid, credit card late payment and interest coming as a result. Daughter stuck 40 miles away because card at petrol station not working. We will all be changing banks next week.

    @TSB Compensation Time Now for for your Customers. You’re Bank is Constantly Causing this issue you must have an extremely Poor Networking Department, invest in a Proper Department when you are playing with People money. You’re Customers are not putting up with this Anymore

    @TSB Like most people today is when I have to pay a lot of bills. An outage shouldn’t last this long, don’t you have backup servers? This is embarrassing and tells me you don’t invest enough in cyber, which is frightening to be honest considering the amount of cyber crime there is.

    @TSB 13:40 still gubbed. Got bills to pay today seeing as it’s Friday. This is atrocious customer service especially seeing as you’ve closed all local branches
