@TSB been trying to make an online pmnt since Sunday. 5 calls to customer services over 90 mins, still no success. Made to go through the 101 of helpdesk fixes including switching off router and clearing browser cache (for a mobile phone app?) Do you have a fix for this yet?

@stacelob @TSB I have had the same issue tried phoning told a call wait time of over 30 minutes and they cut me off. Left me with 97p and my daughter has no credit in her phone so she can't get hold of me if she has a problem on the way home from school

@TSB Hi, is there a way of viewing my PIN on my account rather than waiting 7 days/ working days for a reminder PIN? It's so archaic and a waste of paper to wait 7 days when other banks allow for immediate viewing after security checks have passed. Please let me know ASAP, urgent
