@TSB Same thing happened a while back and it took ages to fix. I'm in the middle of Ukraine, can't access my bank or withdraw money. ******* useless you lot are. I'm switching.

@TSB Its obviously not just a problem with web page and app, there are cases like ours where state pension hasn’t posted. No money no way to pay bills, and buy food.

@TSB I moved my business account to you 18 months ago and it was the worst thing I ever did. Have never encountered as many problems with a bank as with yours. You ought to fined millions by the regulators for your appalling service and constant IT issues.

@TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.
