Advice for today and tomorrow… do not bank with @TSB !!! Terrible service and terrible resolutions to issues. Will be swiftly moving my accounts to a bank that actually gives benefits to its customers.

Hi @TSB unable to log on. You keep on sending me a security code which does not work. Last time I entered only 3 of the 6 digits but got a green tick anyway before you said my details were not correct. That was after your site crashed 3 times.

@TSB Get a grip of yourself, it’s not 10 working days for each reply, it’s 10 days for a resolution. The main worry is the incompetence of the staff member that doesn’t know what they are saying as you can see from the pictures.

@TSB I put in a request for a meeting at your Merry Hill branch about our mortgage. I received a phone call on Monday but missed it - the voicemail said they would try again but have had no further call, and it came from a private number so could not call back. Can you help?
