@TSB and I message you and you then say that Customer Non-Services will get in touch and they don’t and Mr Joseph Gilmour doesn’t reply to the emails I send him. Looks like I’ll spend some of today filling in the ombudsman forms. Bit of a faff but how else do I get a response??

@TSB If TSB genuinely wants to help, they'd stop breaking law. A woman in refuge had equity sale of family home. Not enough to buy outright, so shared ownership. *Every* lender refused her a mortgage cos DSS for the rent share (despite her passing affordability & credit checks)

@TSB Sophie I am not going to go into a store pick up more items only to have to put them back again. Your solution is the equivalent of telling me to turn it off and turn it back on again. Are you aware of the problem? Are you being hacked ? Have the engineers confirmed a solution?

@TSB at you having issues with your app? Tried to make payment and came up saying unsuccessful payment and had a message about payment request then some numbers not sure what they mean. Trying to get through to someone but currently near 20 mins on hold
