    @lauren_k_moore @TSB You need to raise an official complaint via complaints procedure on their website. In my experience it does work. You keep escalating as needed until someone with a brain cell gives there money back

    @DougChapmanSNP @TSB_News @TSB Hello, Sorry to say this here. I have international transferred money £10,000 on 15th Feb. I am talking to payment help line enormous time.still it is not solved. Today, I called Ms Kim who introduced me. She says she will try the best. But she said NO guarantee!? Unbelievable

    @TSB find it astonishing that you would not help an 91 year old as she had no ID! She only wanted to amalgamate 2 accounts. Only been a customer since she was 17!!

    @lauren_k_moore @TSB I know it feels uncertain now, but I’ve come across victims of crimes like this dozens of times. Your grandad will get his money back. It’ll take a little while and Easter won’t help with that but he’ll be fully reimbursed.

    Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

    @TSB can you believe?? I have made international transfers on 15th February. But the money didn't transferred. Even the TSB don't know where is the money.. this is unbelievable!! I called to "TSB payment help line" so many time, but they always saying there are no update.

    @TSB Received my new TSB card today. The writing is so small I can't read the expiry date. Such a customer unfocussed decision - not everyone has 20/20 vision.
