As a well trusted and known company, our money has been stolen through hacking, and for more than 1 year, we couldn't get support by @TSB Bank PLC. No investigation was even started by TSB side to find these unsolved criminals . We will go court on this matter.

@elenoftheroad @TSB @PrideOfBritain Thank you. I don't shop except on very rare occasions because I am still shielding. But I do want to do my bit when I can. I haven't been able to find anything online about any of my local food banks- thats been my problem with making a cash donation.

@TSB is anyone actually working on your live chat or phone lines? My Mum has had her account blocked and has been trying to contact you since Sunday and has no access to her account. Absolutely disgraceful ‘service’

@TSB @PrideOfBritain Can you tell me why the Kingston branch is shut at 2pm everyday this week and why they didn't update these details on website. A wasted trip in the rain.

@TSB Thanks. When I tried that it stated “Something went wrong ERR244: Sorry, you can't log in to Internet Banking right now as we need to check a few things on your account.” Yesterday I tried to make a payment which didn’t go through. I received a text message this morning:

@TSB were told the complaint team will pick up the issue, no one responded n now closed. Was asked to use my credit card with higher interest rate to cover some unexpected circumstances in stead of increasing overdraft for a short period. Is that treating your customer fairly?

@TSB I am now able to log in. When I did manage to log in, there was a pop-up notification telling me of a planning outage. In future I'd prefer these notifications BEFORE the event, not after.
