    @LloydsBank please look at your step sister @TSB for an example of how an account service should work. It's impossible to speak to anyone at Lloyds bank

    @TSB absolutely terrible customer service. Dropping me a text to say a new card is in the post and I can only use my current card in person and not online! This card better come quick - I have online bills to pay and do the majority of my shopping online!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

    @HalifaxBank being a Ultimate reward customer paying £17pm from past over 15yrs. When really needed to claim for Phone insurance- they fitted counterfeit spare parts, and now iPhone is complaining. Not worth having this company as an insurance underwriter. FYI @BarclaysUK @TSB

    @TSB_News @TSB Lies Failed to protect my account. Allowed a company to charge my card £434. When I said I did not authorise this, they said their investigation have shown it was a genuine payment. WHICH IT WAS NOT. I’m so annoyed as I’m not working at the moment due to a cancer diagnosis.
