@TSB Thank you and I completely appreciate its not your fault Beth but this is a regular occurrence. It has never been resolved properly since the big melt down. It’s weekly, sometimes several times a week I can’t access my account. Any plans to actually fix this?

@TSB Your app & online banking services are down. Your Service Status page says Telephone Banking is available, but when I ring, it only puts me on hold for an adviser — can you please confirm whether AUTOMATED telephone banking is DOWN too?? Wait time for adviser is too long…

@TSB Absolutely embarrassingly bad. Just had to drive out to bail out my friend, stuck at a petrol station because her card was declined for no reason whatsoever. Couldn't get cash out of a machine, and gets the same stock response whenever she's reached out to customer services.
