    @CJ592 @TSB @CardDECLINED Yes. I am. Twice today. No access to app or online. My boss had to go to the cashline for me to take money from the hole in the wall so I am not short over the weekend. Lucky to have such a good boss. However, this should not be happening!

    @TSB I needed to transfer money to my partner today to pay the bills. I am working a 12hr shift so unable to get to the branch and he has now missed the 2pm cut off for the DDs to be covered! What is TSB going to do about this?

    @TSB Not acceptable. No updates for over 3 hours now and if people are a customer of TSB they have no chance to access money or pay bills today or anytime soon. I have been a customer for many years and luckily I have some cash . I’m looking for a new bank as we speak. Goodbye TSB.

    @TSB Come on TSB....this is shocking!! No internet no mobile app, can't make bank transfers, transactions been declined...this is such a nightmare for all of your customers...shicking service!!!

    @TSB I tried to pay something on card gor declined twice managed to get on app for the money to show come out of my account twice and gone down again

    @Shannnn_98 @TSB C'mon. It's common sense. You know when there is a wider issue. It's putting pressure on the Agents who are probably in their 20's working long hours and underpaid getting bombarded with messages that they NEED to reply to in a certain amount of time.
