Wow stunning customer service from @TSB Block a payment and end access to my internet banking which is good. Prevents fraud. Then a text to say please call. 20 mins later still on hold but you are very busy so that is fine….

@TSB No need for a DM, simply got a poor phone signal and the website relies on SMS / telephony rather than allowing TOTP via Google Authenticator or similar which wouldn't need a signal.

@TSB absolutely appaling website, blocks me out after attempting a payment to secure a rental property to a legitimate agency and I have now been on hold on the phone for nearly 25 minutes. How more desastrous all this can be?
