  @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

  @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

  Banking with @TSB is great if you; Never want to access your own money Never want the app to work Never want to see your transactions Don’t value online banking or local branches 0/10 would not recommend.
