    @TSB Hi Sophie, I now have an application in progress. I called in, eventually got someone to help. However, been trying to call your London Cheapside location for 3 days: no answer. Pretty bad impression for a new customer that no-one in a branch, can be bothered to answer the phone.

    @TSB To be told no and sent across to a post office saying they can help, when they confirmed they only act as a ATM....leaves me even more frustrated

    @TSB Hi, been trying for about 45mins to talk to someone - I need to change my DD details for my loan. Impossible to get hold of someone, assume I should cancel the DD, guaranteed someone would call me quite sharpish wouldn’t they…. Funny that

    @TSB absolutely appalled you no longer offer counter service on a Saturday in your East Kilbride branch. So how am I meant to lift a large amount of money at the weekend, when this branch shuts every day at 5pm and I work full time? #tabeastkilbridebranch #tsb #poorcs

    @TSB Every time you update it means customers can’t access mobile banking, something I HAVE to use after you closed all branches in a 20 mile radius to me 🙃

    @TSB No need for a DM, simply got a poor phone signal and the website relies on SMS / telephony rather than allowing TOTP via Google Authenticator or similar which wouldn't need a signal.
