Just tried to withdraw cash (1/10th of my balance) to be told I can’t have it. 40 year customer with substantial funds and the manager was happy for me to close my accounts without any effort to keep me, poor banking service @TSB

I hope you don’t ever have a loss in your family and bank with @TSB trying to close accounts is actually impossible. Oh and don’t bother calling them either 😡 #shittyservice
