@TSB There is an issue with Internet Banking online (not the app). When making a payment the "to" account is correct but the "from" field shows the correct account name for a split second before changing to "Therefore we are reviewing your payment to".Please can this be fixed 1/2

@Charentegirl @TSB Text message said call 0345 3561034 (genuine fraud No). Also tried other No's on the website for debit card (see if they could help) 0345 8357922 and 0345 835 3846 (as per Twitter team reply). You Q for 13mins "our agents are busy" then cut you off "we'll call back" They don't.

@TSB Every time I tried to make a payment yesterday, the 'continue' button did nothing. I could put in all the details, but couldn't progress. Today, I can't log in at all as your website is yet again experiencing technical issues. I have never experienced such poor technical problems
