    @TSB Hello, I need to transfer money between my accounts to pay for something but I'm getting an error/technical issue whenever I try to do this. It's urgent that I can get this money into my account otherwise I'll be overdrawn.

    @tsb So, online banking STILL down, over 24 hours now, and a new low with customer service going from, not being bothered about their customer, and not even offering an apology, to 100% ignoring the customer, through one of the communication methods people are told to use!!!!
