@TSB All that money you are saving from shutting local branches, perhaps you could direct some of it to getting a working app, I mean you ain’t a start up company FFS!!! Others i speak to say I never have problems with my online banking - guess what they don’t bank with TSB 🙄

@TSB It’s literally constant, always an issue with it. Raised a complaint last time and pretty much told by your complaints team I had made up the fact your services we’re down as they said it was fine. I’m so so annoyed shouldn’t be this difficult to check a balance or move money!

@TSB Am I the only person that Face ID isn’t working on your app .? It’s a pain having to punch in 3 random digits from an 11 digit password every time 😡
