  @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  Wow @TSB reporting fraud & you want me to contact the merchant?! I don’t know who that is that’s why I’ve reported it as fraudulent transactions !Absolutely atrocious service for someone who has been a customer for 32 years! I will be closing my account immediately

  @TSB It’s the same as everyone has been experiencing. Same as yesterday . It’s hanging at log on then saying unexpected error . It’s poor service beyond belief getting . And I am a a long standing fan of TSB

  @TfL I used my bank card in error yesterday. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?
