Also tried logging on via normal website and now been told I have one chance left before account blocked. This is me helping my mother who isn’t good with IT.

Pete Crockett (@moonrakerteach) reported@TSB Thank you for your update. The frustrating bit for me is not that things go wrong but that there seems no updates on the website. This means customers assume the worst or that they have erred in some way. A simple message on the website would go a long way to calming people.
