  @TSB @debbiecompton Are tsb going to compensate all customers for this severe outage i dont think so what about those who need to pay for their prescriptions that cant because cards being declined.

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  @TSB another month end/month start and your app plays up again. How long before you get this sorted? You are very quick to charge people if we make mistakes, but it’s ok for you to put up apology notes, and deny us access to our accounts. Laughable

  As rather than paying well over their current minimum minimum terms you will end up paying their minimum terms placing yourself as a customer on a persistent debt register then switching @TSB from providing false info to non-false info to credit reference agencies 3/

  @TSB The person I spoke with has no idea of how the payment system on the uk government website works and now she is telling me they will cancel my card. This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year.
