  • Lynsay Dr Lynsay Shepherd (@Lynsay) reported

There’s a problem with the @TSB payment approval system. Latest iPhone software, up to date app, but the “Approve” button is not functional (“Reject” works). A restart doesn’t help. It’s been like this since yesterday morning. I can’t make online payments. Yet another IT mishap

  • mark_killoh mark killoh (@mark_killoh) reported

@JeremyDunton @TSB This is a known issue and has not been resolved. I have been unable to approve payments all week. 6.42 TSB version.15.41 Ios

  • brendonmac07 brendon (@brendonmac07) reported

@TSB I’m trying to approve payments on my app and this is not working , can it be looked at

  • conwaychats Niall Conway 🌈 (@conwaychats) reported

@TSB I have used my card earlier today and it was all fine, ten minutes later I have gone to used it elsewhere and the card machine screen wouldn't move on to the pin entry screen. I presumed the machine was having problems but gone to use my card elsewhere and same thing?

  • oldclassiccar Old Classic Car (@oldclassiccar) reported

Lots of unhappy people in local @TSB today, being refused service by employee behind the screen, instructing everyone to use the automated pay-in machine. Great way to shred any remaining customer loyalty #tsb

  • ashridgepf Jane King (@ashridgepf) reported

Apart from pulling their rates at short notice, credit where its due, @TSB service is on fire right now !!

  • WattMatts Matt (@WattMatts) reported

@TSB Needed to make a time sensitive purchase and the requirement to authenticate it with your 2-bit-piece-of-**** app made it impossible. What I needed is now sold-out. Arseholes.

  • mtthwrly Matthew (@mtthwrly) reported

@TSB Had a few suspicious texts and a call this morning - tried to change my password on your site and it says service unavailable?

  • maharris98 Matthew Harris (@maharris98) reported

First time using @TSB online banking to look at my mortgage and #unimpressed - no special characters in passwords, misleading error messages, session management problems #ugh

  • Herm_inator Hermes Carlyon (@Herm_inator) reported

@TSB Oh, and if the approval button in the app is working you still have to enter an online password. Trying to buy something for 20 quid and there’s more security than Fort Knox. TSB you really suck.
