    @TSB 5 wks ago I visited TSB in Glasgow city centre to have a direct debit camcelled. Was told a block would be placed on it, so why am I still being billed? You going to refund the 45 pounds I've paid this month - for absolutely NOTHING!??

    Just spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & โ€˜TSBโ€™ bots wanting direct messages to โ€˜helpโ€™ ie scam can get lost!

    @TSB Purchase made on the 26/12/25. Paid on their website with my debit card. Item still hasnโ€™t been despatched. Iโ€™ve tried contacting Zavvi through several different methods and they donโ€™t reply.

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?
