She wants to use that device for all her needs - banking, shopping, social media etc. She doesn’t want to switch from one device to another depending on what activity she’s doing, and doesn’t have access to multiple devices anyway.

Using biometric identification, password verification etc will make online purchasing long winded and potentially impossible. WHY @TSB
