    @TSB Day 2 and the wait continues. Still can’t get through to the oxymoronically named Fraud team. The only fraud here is you are holding my money and not giving me access. Still on hold. Will post daily updates.

    @TSB No this doesn't help. I'm sure your staff are working very hard. But that is your fault because there are not enough of them. It is disgraceful that your first response is to try and illicit sympathy. You owe me 90 minutes of my life. I charge £40 an hour. #EnoughIsEnough

    @TSB I am a new customer, my card keeps declining I’ve activated it by withdrawing money from ATM & using it chip & pin yet it’s still declining. What is the problem

    So it seems if you are with @TSB or @LloydsBank they will help you out if someone fraudulently scams you, but NOOOO, not @StarlingBank. They couldn't seem to care less. Noted, I shall not be using them anymore!

    @TSB have trained their staff in how to patronise customers. It wouldn't have been so bad if she had the smug customer service smile off her face. My poor husband now has to find time in his hectic schedule to go and pay in because I can no longer do it for him.

    @TSB Very disappointed with the service from TSB, just spent an 30mins on hold to speak to someone re blocked card, transferred to diff dept so another 30mins on hold. Then told need to transfer me to someone else, then got automated voice telling me dept closed. Hour wasted!

    @TSB No. They are down again and I urgently need to transfer money TODAY. This is the second time this week TSB online has failed me - not good is it?
