@TSB I have sent you several tweets and had no actual answers to the points raised about the complete lack on service for your Haddington customers. Very little work has taken place before Xmas with the lights off before 3pm, Why did you not have your FM company in 7 days a week ?

  • rickynow Andrew Cooper (@rickynow) reported

@jobrown1812 @Soxthewavingcat @TSB That is a real pain and I had similar problems even though I've got my original birth certificate and documents showing I've lived at the same address for decades

@TSB Still waiting to hear from your customer complaints department re the Haddington branch closure and the fact very little work appears to have been done before Christmas to get it reopened. You have abandoned local customers. #verypoorcustomerservice

@TSB Online banking seems to be down? Keep getting a message saying I'm inputting the wrong user ID (I'm not)

@TSB Please can you help me with all transactions from a certain company as when searching on app it only allows up to 90 days?

  • _Tazmaniandevil Uncle Tap (@_Tazmaniandevil) reported

@TSB and I am exactly where I was 2 hours ago. Sending links that I already found which do not meet my needs is a waste of time. If you read the initial message I sent you would see what you are advising is no help at all.

  • _Tazmaniandevil Uncle Tap (@_Tazmaniandevil) reported

@TSB internet platform gets worse, if you can believe that is actually possible. Insists on sending the same one time password 3 times and rejecting it 3 times when trying to authorise a payment. Online staff ask, "how are you getting to our website?" Seriously?
