    Dear @tsb whatever issues you and @Apple have with each other, sort them out. To be told over the phone that I should use another person's card from a different bank is fine, Apple still get the sale. I could also just switch my account away from you and solve the problem.

    Made the mistake of wanting to book an online supermarket shop. This is bad when you bank with @tsb and their app is broken, again. 3 reinstalls, countless SMS codes, same error message. I know I can log to the website but I can't authorise payment there!

    @TSB Sauchiehall St Branch Glasgow are a nightmare ..the manager Robert Ryan never answer the phone and Danielle declined customer ID ! Terrible way to treat charity !

    @TSB Well I could have done that if I could have gotten through to “customer service”. The statement does not say the account is active, the fact you have sent a statement showing my previous credit limit implies you haven’t closed the account.

    @TSB Tried the “customer service” line 3 times today. To be fair, I’ve just noticed a line of text which says “account closed” next to available to spend. This does imply the account is not active but doesn’t explain why you felt the need to send me a statement?????

    @TSB app is not working on any of my devices. I am asked to set up device again, but when I try it rejects one time password?
