Been a @TSB customer since I opened my first ever bank account. Please don't jump on the anti @Binance train. All you need to do is put out a warning saying crypto is risky, DYOR. I will close my account if pushed. My money, my choice.

@TSB you placed a block on my account on Friday 2nd July, but didn't even have the common courtesy to inform me!! So no payments can come in nor go out!! I spent hours today, on hold, being given the run-around! What excellent customer service!!!!

@TSB We tried calling over 20 times yesterday. Given the nature of this issue I think this is extremely poor. I appreciate branches have less staff but this is terrible customer service. Due to us being on holiday we are having to send a friend to the branch today to try and resolve.
