@TSB Hi l have had to cancel my Tsb visa spend&save card due to supious activity today .can l get my account unlocked to use on-line banking to pay utilities eg; or do l have to wait for new card to be delivered before l can access my account.any information much appreciated.

@TSB_News @TSB Lies Failed to protect my account. Allowed a company to charge my card £434. When I said I did not authorise this, they said their investigation have shown it was a genuine payment. WHICH IT WAS NOT. I’m so annoyed as I’m not working at the moment due to a cancer diagnosis.

Never, never, never bank with @TSB I have been dealing with an issue from July 2020 and it is still unresolved. Worst customer service ever. The amount of vexation I feel in dealing with @TSB is massive. #DoNotBankWithTSB
