@TSB hello. How come in the business bank account you can’t access statements that are posted but on personal accounts you can? Also how come the bank now charges £5 for a statement to be printed, without enabling you to print statements at home?

The customer service @TSB is dire! Trying to transfer money and they need to approve it. Several times they’ve not made contact, text yesterday asking me to ring them = 45 mins on hold, same today and I’m now 35 minutes on hold and not answered.

Jesus, trying to set up online banking with @TSB is painful. Eventually in on their website, only for the app to chuck me out and now need a new ID and password. Give me strength

@TSB I Don't Want A "Strong Customer Authentication" On My Account. Had This Nonsense Put On My Account A Couple Of Years Ago & Caused A Lot of Problems, Ended Up Wasn't Able To Order Online At All. Not Had Any Problems Since It Was Taken Off So Why Is It Being Introduced Again.

@TSB Once again I can't log in!! Happens all the time now. Error msg saying problems authenticating my log in and I'll need to set my device up again!! Getting really fed up with tsb!
