@TSB That's a really great cut-and-paste story @TSB, but you haven't answered my question. When there is another method for customer authorisation - via the mobile banking app - why isn't it being used while your other IT mess is being fixed?

  • Spookie_X Spookie X (@Spookie_X) reported

@TSB fix the bloody online payment authorization.. 30 hours and still not working, absolute disgrace!!

  • MarvManPro Marv Man (@MarvManPro) reported

@TSB Is there somewhere I can see the status on the issue? Or known when I can retry all the failed attempts yesterday?

  • Owey1212 Maria Owens (@Owey1212) reported

@TSB @richardhyland You keep saying the same thing to every customer.

  • Spookie_X Spookie X (@Spookie_X) reported

@TSB Cannot make any online payments, this is everyone not just me, as advised by customer services last night. App authorization disabled by the IT at TSB and switched to authorize via code sent to phone via text or call..but this is not working either. They are aware!

  • paulstephens56 paul stephens (@paulstephens56) reported

@TSB still not sorted the issue with payments terrible service

  • Owey1212 Maria Owens (@Owey1212) reported

  • EmilyWrighty96 Emily-Anne 🇬🇧 (@EmilyWrighty96) reported

@TSB sort yourselves out. I need to do my online food shop and can't due to your issues! Due to the hours I work (12.5 hour night shifts in A&E) and the fact my mum is house bound we rely on a weekly online grocery shop. Now can't have it today like normal. When will it be fixed?

@faeriemoo @TSB @ReedJX666 Same here. Customer forced to TSB after being a life long Lloyds customer. Fed up with these constant IT failures from TSB. I’m fed up with giving them the benefit of the doubt and will start looking for a new bank on Monday
