    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @TSB My phone is locked down for work, so when I try a screenahot it says "can't take screenshot due to security policy". But no. No issues with this before

    @TSB Me call up because save the pennies not working. Gets escalated as a complaint. Complaints department. We don't know why it's not working but to resolve this we are closing your account as the relationship doesn't work between us..... Don't fix it just get rid. Wow!
