    @tsbcomplaints @TSB I am trying to put on a complaint, to no avail, Internet banking not working since 9am,i usually do bankers transfers, but obviously couldn't due to IB, not working, so have had to ride about town, trying to find an ATM cash machine, made me late for a hospital appointment!!! 🙄

    @TSB Your app & online banking services are down. Your Service Status page says Telephone Banking is available, but when I ring, it only puts me on hold for an adviser — can you please confirm whether AUTOMATED telephone banking is DOWN too?? Wait time for adviser is too long…

    @TSB Absolutely embarrassingly bad. Just had to drive out to bail out my friend, stuck at a petrol station because her card was declined for no reason whatsoever. Couldn't get cash out of a machine, and gets the same stock response whenever she's reached out to customer services.

    @TSB Time to move banks after 20 years, it would be nice to give some ETA on a fix. This is peoples money and on payday - really unacceptable and lack of communication is going to crucify your bank.
