@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB its really pointless. I just got off the phone to your complaints department and i was told i have to wait..again, being told it will turn up in 4/5 working days like i was told on the 9th, 19th, 26th and on the 29th of July

@TSB trying to get a statement as an ex customer is a nightmare, moved address and no longer live near a branch, don’t have a signature on file so told you’re unable to provide one! Why make things so difficult for customers!

@TSB Every time I go on it says we cannot retrieve your account information at this time. I'm using my mobile as always through WiFi. Have never had this happen more so than the past week or so. Can gain access and then can't.

@TSB why can’t your staff help over the phone with an under 16 account? You close local branches and then expect a child to be able to drive to the nearest branch 25 minutes away where there’s no public transport worth having? 🤯
