Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking £10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.

Munsell Brown (@LizJRudd) reported from Stourport-on-Severn, England@TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.
-
Etienne (@EtienneJS) reported@TSB may I ask why your app is so terrible that it defaults to the 4th of June 2015 as a birthdate when one is trying to log in with a new phone? Absolutely shocking customer experience.
-
Tina Joanne (@TinaTribe1) reported@TSB Tried to access app but unable to. It says I'm not connected to the internet. Any idea how long will this outage last?
-
Lawrence M-M (@prop_power) reportedWow @TSB support is so tightly wound around ai I have multiple issues to raise and it sends me a link to report an issue, where are the real human beings? When you do get a human, no notification they’ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!
