@TSB I have received a text saying that a payment has taken my account into an unarranged overdraft! Because your app is not working at the moment, I am unable to move my money from one account to the other so that I am no longer overdrawn! I better not be charged for this!!

TSB @TSB this has been going on all day, on hols just tried to transfer some money to my Revolut card and it failed. What is the issue. If you told us instead of giving the same reply to everybody we might have some confidence in you know what your doing. Is the CIO on hols !

@TSB Please stop giving everyone the same automated reply that adds nothing. It is now after 4pm and there is still no update and still no access. When will access to our funds be restored?
