@TSB Has this been looked into as a bankwide issue??

  • whyforwynn Christopher Schofield (@whyforwynn) reported

@TSB Well hopefully it will be on my profile soon. I need to be able to manage my finances and it’s becoming such a headache. As a new customer this wasn’t very transparent from the beginning.

On a positive note, I popped into @TSB on Hanover Street in Edinburgh to ask for support with online banking. Very lovely staff member called Rachel - she was polite, Deaf aware & even knew a bit of sign language which really put me at ease!! Fabulous customer service thank you!

@TSB Cannot access my mortgage account after logging in successfully, no info is showing???

@TSB Day 2 and the wait continues. Still can’t get through to the oxymoronically named Fraud team. The only fraud here is you are holding my money and not giving me access. Still on hold. Will post daily updates.

  • gerry50 gerry mcmahon (@gerry50) reported

@TSB Not being sent the access code to my phone

  • whyforwynn Christopher Schofield (@whyforwynn) reported

@TSB I’ve opened my new spend and save account. But it’s not appearing on my internet banking profile. Bank manager in Edinburgh said it’s an I.T. issue and not sure if it will be resolved. This is not good enough …

  • scotslassnow Maggie Moo (@scotslassnow) reported

@TSB I can understand that your branch at St Andrews is closed due to Covid in the branch, but it is a very poor service when the machine that provides envelopes so that cheques/money can still be paid in, is “temporarily out of service till Monday”.

  • DWtheatrejunkie Gavin MacLean (@DWtheatrejunkie) reported

@TSB I had my phone stolen last night and need to access my account today — but online banking requires an OTP which is obviously being sent to a phone I no longer possess (and replacement SIM/phone won’t be with me for a couple of days). How can I gain access to my account?
