@TSB Yup I can understand however adding the card triggers security for a contact to my phone. If in the case my phone had been stolen I would have reported this and shut down the cards. Seems just a waste

Hey @TSB how can I go into branch to change my name when you’ve closed all the local branches? And texting me to tell me my signature is wrong? Honestly cannot wait to find a new bank. So much hassle and no perks of being a loyal customer whatsoever.

@TSB text messaging OTPs isn't working. Fortunately I have a landline, although that cut off at the first try. I see I'm not the only one to report this. You don't need more info from me, please get your tech team on to the fix and add advisory note to your website.

@TSB what is wrong with internet banking please?? Bank feeds not working through XERO API’s and trying to make payments through the app and had to reset over 20 times as no one time passwords arriving by text. Every day since Wednesday last week we have had issues?????

@TSB submitted fraudulent transaction report on 3rd November and still no reply. Tried to phone today and spent over half an hour on hold before giving up. Is this normal service for TSB?
