@TSB I can do, however I don’t need to make another online payment for a few days so not sure how I would know if it’s working or not, don’t want to have to try again and it not work!

@TSB There’s no need for a DM, it’s the same complaint as everyone else, I have logged onto a website to make a debit card payment, when I open the TSB app and select payments to approve the “approve” button does not do anything, that’s it, it’s frozen, the app does not need updates.

Hi @TSB - your website claims internet banking is working but I cannot log in. ERRSCA02 error code. Other people appear to be experiencing it too. What's wrong THIS time?

@TSB is the ‘approve payment’ button broken on your app? It’s completely non-responsive for me. Very frustrating to have to transfer money to another bank just to make online purchases

What banks are people with that they rate and have very little issues with? Currently having nothing but trouble with @TSB and their shocking online banking app. Definitely time for a change.

@TSB Hi, I can see that both I and many other people are struggling with the TSB app this morning. It’s asking to approve a payment but the button is frozen and not working. Please sort this out ASAP. Very poor service.

@TSB Your online banking is down. When I try and login via website/phone app, this is the message I receive: 'ERRSCA02: Sorry, something went wrong'. When will it be resolved?
