    @TSB I can no longer purchase Crypto from my account with yourselves, I can see this is a new blanket policy although I’ve had no issues in the year+ I’ve been buying. Is there anyway to enable my account to purchase Crypto again or will I need to change who I bank with?

    @TSB I was entering the correct details in the first place, so I'm afraid your advice was no help and I am still unable to make the payment because apparently the acc/no. and S.C don't match with the name TSB Bank plc.

    @TSB @TSB I have put the phone down after doing all that can be reasonably expected of me. Cancel the fraudulent card, I’ve cancelled the DD that has been set up on my current account which is not with TSB. If any transactions occur on the fraudulent card I will not be responsible

    Dear @TSB you have annoyed me one too many times in recent years. Your app sucks, you offer no financial help when someone is struggling. I started a civil service role y/day after the year from hell due to Covid, you haven't helped me once. You aren't seeing 1p of my new wage!
