Your app can't read cheques without failing every time for different reasons. Your customer support is foreign. Moving all my funds to a real bank.

Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020
