@TSB Current call 31 minutes. I have done security again ringing 03450758758. I am talking to a woman in the "fraud" department asking me about recent entries which I have been unable to see because YOU have restricted my bank account access ! Please. GET IT SORTED !

@TSB closed my account this morning without notice and refused customer service over the phone. Came down to Kingston branch and received lovely service from a lady. However this is inappropriate attitude towards 5-years client. I’m moving to another bank.

@TSB @tsb You might refund the stolen money but you then penalise your customer by removing thr 0% interest on your credit card!!! Shocking customer service. Advisors don’t fulfill their promises & refuse to allow you to speak to a Manager. Will certainly never recommend TSB!
