    @TSB You can forget it, a bunch of clowns. Between closing loads of branches, shoddy service, how impossible you make it to speak to an actually competent human I’m at my limit as a customer of over 8 years. I’ll use someone else’s card from a competent company for the transaction.

    @debsdelaney71 @TSB Well said ! TSB seem reluctant to simply admit there is a widespread issue here. Instead they suggest that customers follow steps that will not solve the issue. Customers understand there can be issues. Being honest would help.

    @TSB I don't have the headspace for that right now TBH I want you guys to know that there's a problem, there's no interactive help for the problem, and I can't report that problem using online problem reporting.

    @TSB @JamesMildred Am also having this problem. I cannot believe your solution @tsb is to uninstall and restart my phone!!!!

    @TSB please can you advise when the issue with approving payments via the mobile app will be fixed? Seems from Twitter than many users are having the same problem. Thanks

    @TSB any chance of turning off the need to approve payments whilst you sort the issues out with not being able to actually do this? Having to use my 12 year olds bank account to pay for the weekly shop! So inconvenient

    @v_delfuoco @TSB This doesn’t work. I’ve tried this, deleted and reinstalled the app, and still not working. I was told it would be reported to the tech dept but looking on Twitter this has been going on for days.

    @TSB I am absolutely disgusted at the quality of service atm. On the back of what you subjected customers to earlier in the year by taking money from their accounts that had already been taken and putting some of them into their over drafts, we are again subjected to incompetence
