    @TSB what is going on with transfer payment issues? I made a payment to another account and hasn’t hit the other side but the amount has gone out my bank this isn’t showing on my online statement. What’s going on? I have lost money

    @thebestgaskell @TSB I think it should have resolved now Helen, I’ve had my money return to my original account and transfers are working ‘fine’ again. Think it might be time for me to give another bank a go though!

    @TSB any issues at your side with one time passwords? Trying to make a purchase online with credit card. When i need to enter the 6 digit OTP and email address it keeps telling me that the code is wrong even although I'm typing in the code supplied thanks!

    If your still having banking issues with @tsb phone them up as it wasn't showing pending payment on my side and it was with tsb side they can remove the pending return the money back to your account so you can either transfer or pay someone.

    2nd place in this week's #NameAndShame goes to @TSB who within hours of an accidental overdraft caused by earlier than expected direct debits, send me threats of '39% interest' and being reported to credit agencies! FFS! Been with them ages and never an issue before :(
