Attended a banking protocol job today to help safeguard an elderly person from scammers. Great work by @TSB for blocking payments. Sorry but people who try & scam the elderly & vulnerable out of their money are scumbags, plain & simple. #Fraud #TakeFive @LincsPolice @FCR_Lincs

@TSB I have spent, no exaggeration 3 hours of the last 24 hours on a ringing hold line to speak to the fraud team. Your live chat on the website throws up generic faq advice and a lady on the normal customer service line just told me she expected me to just wait another......

@TSB if there is nothing wrong with the account or card then why does it keep saying error. The error simply is from the incompetence from you
