    @DAgubamah @TSB @TheFCA I am so frustrated, I also bank with Halifax and in all my years with them, this happened once, it was fixed swiftly and everyone notified! I really am closing my account, I need daily access to information and so far it has been days!

    @TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    @TSB It was between my own but switched browser and it worked. Mum's issue was to another bank but she just done it the old fashioned way and took cash from the ATM and gave it to the person to deposit in their branch. Old tech is the best I guess.

    @TSB Why is it impossible to find out when my 0% interest on purchases offer runs out? If I was cynical, it’s almost as if you don’t want people to know in the hope they go over it and you make more money! I was told it would be on the “app”, well, it isn’t. Help please

    @Carlo14601 @TSB It used to be. For 15 years I transferred montly from bank A to TSB savings so that when I needed extra the money was saved, waiting, and could be transferred back. No problem. Now TSB although still showing bank A as a contact, no transfer can be done.
