    @MhMyxacc444 @TSB The money was taken and the payment wasn't accepted. Still not got it back. The bank can't help and told me to call the fraud team! I've spoken to them in India twice, and assured the money would be back in my account yesterday! Think I'll do the same.

    @flossy_dollrags @TSB I’ve sent them 3 complaints and still waiting on an acknowledgement for them all. 4 weeks with no online banking access

    @TSB really disappointed with the service I have received since switching to your bank. Been frozen twice and had a payment held. All with no justification. Very poor. Once my account is unfrozen and I get the switch reward I suspect I will switch away.

    @TSB Appaling service, you ring a 75 year old up mentioning a potential fraud on his account, but due to him not remembering three days ago payments your advisor tries to send a text message to his landline number. Clearly he doesn't get text messages to his landline

    @TSB hey tsb every time I open my banking app the app crashes after 5 seconds which leads me to using the website half the time which isn’t that reliable is there any fix to this? I have the iPhone 14 on the latest version and I’ve made sure the app is up to date

    Been on chat all day and on the phone for over an hour with @TSB - all I can say is, SPEND CASH and KEEP CASH ALIVE - We are help prisoners by process we never agreed to that keeps getting more and more prohibitive. This is how tech imprisons us, stay free, use CASH!

    @TSB Hello, first mortgage payment is due soon however have not had any correspondence via email or letter yet stating what the amount is and date etc, could you please help

    @TSB I have not and I will not be doing as I am sick of this at this point, Monday morning I shall be swapping my bank to a more compitent one that can handle modern banking requirements like login servers.
