@TSB My phone is missing, meaning I am unable to login to my account in any way. How do I get around this?

  • SortYourselfOut John Conroy (@SortYourselfOut) reported

@TSB TBH this isn’t really an ombudsman type issue. I’m simply highlighting an issue which WILL result in card fraud. I’m doing this to help you but if you’re not interested then I can’t force you to adopt better practices.

  • FraggleGoddess Nic (@FraggleGoddess) reported

@TSB why might my card be "not approved" at the checkout when there's enough money in the account? Changed address a few days ago, text confirmed done. No notification of any issue. Mobile app chat bot useless.

  • JudithGunn Judith Gunn (@JudithGunn) reported

@TSB Yes he does but typing is an issue & he would prefer at over 90 to do it by post - again I am not clear how you "Deliver appropriate customer service that responds flexibly to the needs of vulnerable consumers." (FCA Guide) by not posting a form.

@TSB Reviewing loan information on mobile phone and it was declined for me, now the page isn't even working from within my logged in account

@TSB I did not get no information on this no you have left me no access to my account, since I switched to TSB I always have problems

  • kevkirk76 Kevin Kirk (@kevkirk76) reported

Come on @TSB and @Xero - it’s about time you fixed this bank feed connection issue. Lloyds and NatWest manage it without issue yet I’m having to re-log in and re-connect EVERY SINGLE DAY! It’s not worked properly since I started using it in October!!

@TSB Fix your GD website! It constantly stalls during login. Checked my connection & tried on 2 different laptops. The problem is yours. You have all the info you need in this tweet.
