    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @TSB are hands down the WORST bank I have ever experienced. The online account is inaccessible. Just the other week I spent 30 mins trying to log in to make a bank transfer. I hear so many people with the same issue. I can't wait to switch bank!😡

    @dave_the_tyke @TSB Mines is. Had this issue yesterday and eventually got it set up again after hours only to go to log in to be face with the same issue again

    @TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

    @TSB I managed to get logged into my works WiFi. It works via WiFi only but when using my 02 mobile data I keep getting error message

    @tsb I am trying to make a payment, but I can only get as far as entering the payment details, the app will not let me go any further as the “check recipient details” box is not allowing me to click on it - is this a known issue? Thanks
