@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@TSB just to say worst customer services & live chat which is laughable!! Every single time I get cut off, no one calls back and I’ve to start from beginning!! This has been ongoing complaint since FEBRUARY sort yourselves out!!!

@TSB Can anybody help me , both mine and my wife’s tsb accounts are having problems ,the approved payment portal in tsb app will not work l have tried since 7am to find a reason why this is not working through tsb at local level and on line ,

@TSB When is this issue w not being able 2 approve payments going 2 be resolved?? I have done all suggested fixes & none work.Only other ‘device’ I have as u suggested is not accepted by TSB! This is major issue which needs fix v quickly or u will lose customers @MartinSLewis

@TSB I can do, however I don’t need to make another online payment for a few days so not sure how I would know if it’s working or not, don’t want to have to try again and it not work!

@TSB when you block a payment and say you will contact within the hour to resolve, is that by mobile, email, or text message? I can't see any attempt sent over past few hours and my account is blocked.

@debsdelaney71 @TSB Well said ! TSB seem reluctant to simply admit there is a widespread issue here. Instead they suggest that customers follow steps that will not solve the issue. Customers understand there can be issues. Being honest would help.
