@TSB Why would my credit card limit drop by over £3000 in the space of a few hours? I’ve had no notification that my credit limit was going to go down? I’m now over the credit limit because of this!! 😡

@kerrisavage @TSB Shittest bank ever, I'm changing to a different bank in the new year, sick of the constant issues with TSB now. They closed all the local branches then make it hard to bank online. They are a JOKE

Sick and tired of being unable to use the @TSB app to access my account. First they close all the branches near me then they make it impossible to bank using the app. I'm 100% looking to swap banks now, had enough of this crap. I dont need the stress!

@TSB please tell me how I can complain about your Payment Verification Team? I’ve tried doing it via the app but due to the multiple issues I need to raise it’s timing me out. Don’t want to spend a further 4 hrs on the phone so do you have an email address for complaints?

@TSB Well I could have done that if I could have gotten through to “customer service”. The statement does not say the account is active, the fact you have sent a statement showing my previous credit limit implies you haven’t closed the account.

@TSB Tried the “customer service” line 3 times today. To be fair, I’ve just noticed a line of text which says “account closed” next to available to spend. This does imply the account is not active but doesn’t explain why you felt the need to send me a statement?????
