Brendan Tate (@brendanjtate) reported@TSB I think you need to pass this comment to your superiors and explain that a lot of customers are complaining all of a sudden, following a script to fix it for every person isn’t the answer, it makes the bank look incompetent. It’s now 10pm and it’s still down btw
