Is it me??? How can @TSB require security question for a business account, asking for the current balance? Do businesses generally know what customer payments have just been made to an account??? Are we supposed to always have access to this?

@TSB you have one number for contacting you to discuss mortgages 03458353389 I have now been on hold for nearly 2 hours and quite frankly am completely unimpressed with your customer service. This to discuss a problem you have made with my mortgage too.
