@Xero @tink @TSB All I'm hearing is "We're doing everything we can but we're not going to tell you what we're doing". You could do the courteous thing and just update us with what has or hasn't been achieved since the issue began. Who has time every day to re-run the connection... when it works?!

@TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

@TSB wow TSB - 20 working days for a payment reversal when your app crashed on me. How can you tell me the money will be back to me the next working day and then when I chase I then get told 20 working days!

@TSB I am not able to login to NetBanking. Spoke to customer support and recreated login id. It works only once. Next time when you try it says Id or password is incorrect. Thank God I have my mobile banking up and running, but real shame that both don't work.
