@billhilton @TSB Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @zems_ins by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

@TSB really need to sort out how they deal with grieving customers. Charging them unauthorised overdraft fees and refusing to cancel the deceased's direct debits completely, is not how it's done. "Would you like to raise a complaint?" is not resolving the issue!! #Ridiculous

@TSB I was meant to get paid today but it still hasn’t come into my bank account. I was wondering if you could help on when I would receive this?

@TSB Please sort out your SMS-bots/alerts. 07:00 - briefly overdrawn, I fixed it. No message. 14:50 - Panic-message that I am overdrawn. x3 15:00 - balance update message, all is well. Nevertheless I had to log in and check, just in case.

I've banked with the @TSB for 42 years yet when I applied for a credit card today I was immediately rejected (despite having actively used credit cards from HSBC and John Lewis Parternship, paid off in full each month). I really which customer loyalty counted for something.

@satnam6502 @TSB I’ve had that experience in the UK. Banks randomly reject you and refuse to explain why, then you go to the next bank and they have no problem with you.

And have to jump through battery of questions for transfer, with warning that insufficient care on my part could absolve @TSB of fraud liability. Is too much onus being put on customer? It’s all getting a lot of trouble to even log in to check my ac… 2/2

@BankofScotland I phoned credit card services as I was scammed on holiday. No one cares! Waited 35 mins, told it was the wrong department - they said someone would call me. Still waiting! I’ve emailed too. My wife had an issue months ago, sorted in a few hours. Maybe I should switch to @TSB too!
