    @TSB your bank is appalling. Customer service is non existent. Business card frozen on Tuesday & we’ve been on hold for hours trying to get through to someone that can sort the issue since then. Calls get disconnected after 50mins on hold. How are we supposed to run our business

    My poor old Grandad was advised over 25 years ago by @TSB (@LloydsBank ) to put money into a Cash ISA as it was “the sensible and best way to earn money”. After some terrible news he’s just looked at his account to find he has made £27.10 in 25 years, poor man is heartbroken!! 💔

    @TSB You blocked my acct 7pm last night & your promised followup instructions within 1hr failed to show up. Today, a 55 minute wait to speak to someone: the poorest service I've ever had, in 45 yrs of personal & business banking. How do you explain such abysmal performance?

So thank you for taking the time mate 👍 I work in Customer Service and know if I have two customers to look after & one isn't coming back to us, that's the one that goes last. But true. You probably don't give a **** about that right now. Good luck getting sorted 👍

    @TSB We got through once, lady said she couldn’t help and hung up on us. This happens every-time we go abroad working. Absolutely had enough of never being able to get through to someone when we have problems. Will be moving banks now

    @domster @TSB Since their meltdown a few years ago, TSB have taken it upon themselves to fix things that aren't broken. I've been with them for over 20 years and stuck with them through their problems but this is where I'll be getting off if I can't log in by the end of the week.
