  • NO2SnpFalkirk Chris Blank (@NO2SnpFalkirk) reported

@TSB @StevenPDawson Bit more than some, looks like EVERYONE is unable to access their accounts. Why not just be honest, if it is down, it's down for all, don't say "some". Clearly managements instructions to mislead, as customer comes last at TSB, disgusting Customer Care!

  • RachaelWallace Rachael Wallace (@RachaelWallace) reported

@TSB Do you have an eta on when you expect us to be able to access the app please? It's pretty frustrating that you have to come on Twitter to find out what's happening, surely a text could have been sent to customers. Not that is goes down every month 👀

@kaileighBx @Carrielou73 @TSB That's what I mean though. That's great. You seen everyone else is the same. So you wouldn't send them a screenshot asking if the app was down would you??

  • a_ruthie_ Ruthie 🌸 (@a_ruthie_) reported

At this point I’m expecting compensation from @TSB . Their app is down so much, they have access to my money more than I do. HOW can you still get it wrong?
