@TSB Don't go with this bank. The customer service is disgusting. If you have an issue they won't pick up and if they eventually do after over an hour they say they can't hear your call due to your connection. So sad how a high street name has ever up in the gutter like this

@TSB I don't want my debit card limit to be raised to £100. Your automated service doesn't have an option for this, nor does your on-line banking help service. Can you tell me how I go about keeping the lower limit.

@TSB Thanks Andrew my neighbours 92 and 81 needed this help.TSB Somerton had not heard of the scheme,and I doubt if the bank would help them do the forms anyway.There is plenty of time for them to make the application if they can learn to use a laptop.
