    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @TSB How about we spend less money and effort on marketing, and more on app developers. Every week there's an issue with logging in, there's never an apology or an explanation either. Get your heads out your arses.

    @tsb text received to say payment has taken account into overdraft and your banking app is down yet again so I’m unable to check

    @TSB @tsb transaction text alert tonight telling me a payment has taken me into o/draught when I know fine well there's ample funds available, but as you internet banking is now down, I'll b having a sleepless night as can't check my account for reassurance. Please address ASAP!
