    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now

    @TSB worst customer service. Fraudulent activity on my bank and absolute farce of a call centre. When possible ill be switching Banks 0/10. Getting 'For the 4th time' from the call handler when im asking a question she clearly doesn't know the answer too

    @TSB Well it’s hellish and useless, just been cut off by the fraud line when I was being transferred to a human. No I will not discuss this on here. I will need to travel to a branch on Monday. Utterly useless non service
