    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @TSB Your apps an absolute joke. Can't even cash cheques with it like other banks. Expect us to go into a branch like a barbarian, that's if we can find one that you haven't closed down.

    @TSB You close nearly all your branches telling us that we can do everything online but your app and online service are down so often that it would be laughable if it weren’t so serious!

    Suprise suprise, @TSB mobile app down again. Only bank with them as "the only bank in the village" but seeing as they've decided to close that branch may be time to look as well as the app is terrible.
