    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @TSB Hi, I have had my account locked due to a suspicious transaction - I've had the text saying you've completed your checks but am still unable to login. Have been on hold to the fraud no. for 40 mins, is there any other way to unlock my account?
