    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @BALLETTEG @TSB I would ask if @TSB are happy with their service, this screen is a common occurrence and their suggestions and DM's are often wide of the mark. Failure to load the screens and frequent 'one time/ passwords all make for a poor customer experience.

    @TSB 1/2 Your software you use to upload ID proof doesn’t work correctly (a common problem says your mortgage sdvisor) which has led to delays and thus missing the deadline for completion.

    @TSB Hi, thanks for the reply. It was working fine yesterday and now it takes me to the sign up page. I’ve close the app and restarted it and it’s the same
