    @TSB you are literally the worst bank ever! How can you close off your whole internet AND mobile banking for ‘planned maintenance’ and basically not give people access to their money! You didn’t even put any notice on the app

    @TSB please help me access my online. You email (no reply) to say I’ve not been on but can’t access through all the help. I phone and on hold. Why is your info about me not telling you I’m stuck and please contact. Branches are closed so can’t seem to get anywhere.

    Please people do not use the absolute nonsense that's @TSB. Finding out that your 93 yr old house bound granny isn't getting her weekly @Morrisons delivery because suddenly after 5 months of it happening TSB decide it is suspicious and block the transaction is not what you need
