    @TSB Seriously, when is this going to be fixed. I'm unable to make payments and calls are taking forever to get through. This is unacceptable service. How many times has this happened over the last year?!!!

    @TSB Please can tsb describe (not a standard message) why our bank has so many online issues? We basically employ you, so as your boss, I request you to provide a report of why the digital system is so poor? I request this is completed by the end of the working day. Thanks

    @TSB Also, as tsb have multiple times withheld my ability to manage my money, tsb is not upholding it's deal with its customer, I hereby confirm this statement as an invoice tsb due to loss of service a fine of £150, again, to be provided with the report by the end of the working day

    @TSB C’mon TSB, unacceptable service you’re providing seeing as there are very few TSB banks around locally or have to travel miles to one, lots of people rely on this Mobile app, especially on payday!!!!!
