@TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

Well @TSB are loosing a customer today. They can’t help me on social media or over the phone. You people are incapable at send a paying in book and your phone advisors are rude. You have closed 2 of my local branches and you want me to travel an hour each way to my “closest”.

@TSB TSB your telephone banking isn't working properly. It just directs me to credit card and mortgage options. Telephone banking is supposed to be in operation 24hours a day. Hope I can transfer money soon as I have a hotel to pay for and don't want to be waiting until 8 am.
