@TSB this issue of taking duplicate payments is really bad.. I can't get hold of anyone at the bank and we are being told nothing about when this will be resolved. What about customers who have not identified the issue themselves? Will you still return payments to those? #TSB

@TSB And what happens to those of us who will go into unarranged overdrafts as a result of this? My Internet bill gets taken of tomorrow and I don't have enough funds, the odds of getting through to customer service during such a tremendous **** up is very unlikely to solve it either

@TSB do you have any idea when this will be resolved when I spoke to customer services they didn’t seem to have any answers just “as soon as possible” that’s not really good enough. @TSB your staff are dealing with this the best they can at least give your customers some answers
