    @TSB Customer Servies tips continued. Refer complaints to someone who can do something about them quickly, reply to tweets quickly and do not phone people at home before 10 a. m. Any time we want to return the £10.5k you fleeced me for in charges in 2007/8 will be fine by me.

    @TSB hi, why does the TSB app go down for maintenance on Saturdays after midnight when lots of people are out & about transferring money to each other/ from other accounts etc. rather than a weekday night ?

    @TSB You still don't get it. I did not pay £10.5k in charges in 2007/8 when I could not work because my sister was dying for you to close my branch 3 times & think you can phone me at home whenever you want while I am dealing with heart problems. Just no.

    @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST £100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

    @TSB can I ask why text alerts are being stopped in October please? There doesn’t seem to be any explanation given for stopping this service which is very useful.

    @TSB I raised one last time it happened and heard nothing back. Customer relations… I’ll pass I’ve wasted far too much time speaking to your foreign call centres.

    It's virtually impossible to deal with the @TSB bank. Trying to sort something very important out regarding my elderly, ill father but nobody EVER answers the phone in the branches. As soon as this issue is resolved I will be closing my accounts with them instantly! #useless
