    @TSB why are you now forcing approval of online payments via mobile app. It doesn’t work. Yet again you’ve had a stable, working service and you’ve screwed it up by another change that no one has asked for.

    @TSB my mum is receiving "ERRSCAO2 sorry something went wrong" error when trying to log into desktop banking, can you advise please? She has cleared cache/cookies etc as told on the phone to contact centre. I can see this was an issue in 2020 with TSB?

    @McDonaldsUK Acton High Street W3 branch is an absolute joke. Staff are a bit clueless, self-service tills hardly ever work, you could get Anthrax and an atomic bomb past "security", and your app is worse than that of @TSB - which is saying a LOT! @KFC_UKI_Help please open later!

    @TSB When do you plan on fixing "ERRSCA02: Sorry, something went wrong" ? Cannot pay my rent if I can't access internet banking. Occurs on the first log-in screen. I can see others are complaining about this as well.
