    I need to and get some cash out from the bank, I have just discovered my local @TSB is 25.3 miles away! WTF. Why is there no branch in Cambridge???

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

    @soxxylady @TSB You should join @StarlingBank. Very good customer service 24/7 and lots of good features with it too. You can live chat, send a message or call. Though it’s an online app bank so no branches

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    @santanderuk @TSB You are a throughly incompetent and cheap institution. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

    @TSB The issue I was having reffered to the scheduled time. It said it was planned for 11:30pm, not 9:55pm or before. I only noticed it when I tried to log in at work and it was already down. If you's are planning changes to the app then stick to the original time stated.
