@TSB Not the first time something like this has happened, let's be honest here @TSB . Over the past few years there has been a plethora of errors that has put the customer in a financial mire. All customers should be compensated and all fees removed.

@TSB @tsb how do I make a complaint? This service is not acceptable! I have had absolutely nothing from yourself, no text message or anything to say why this had happened. I was on the phone most of yesterday complaining to a company and accusing them of taken money from my account.

@TSB struggled 2 pay rent at start of month as had issues approving payment on app. No issues for you ripping it out for the 2nd time last night was there 🥴 Will we all be compensated for this? I loathe paying council tax in the 1st place so to see it taken twice is just cruel.

@TSB Thank you for taking the time to respond. A simple text or tweet to say there are issues and they're being looked into could have saved TSB a lot of aggrevation from customers.

@Watsley @TSB @TheSidman79 My thoughts exactly, nobody has once explained WHY this has happened. Is our money safe in the future, has their been a breech, just a glitch etc. I believe we all deserve to know why, not just sit back and trust they'll put it right. After all, it is OUR money.

@TSB Already completed one. That’s no help what’s so ever. You should have been keeping customers updated through out the day by email, texts or calls. Or better still returned there money immediately to pay bills
