@TSB Oh, and if the approval button in the app is working you still have to enter an online password. Trying to buy something for 20 quid and there’s more security than Fort Knox. TSB you really suck.

  • BirdingEcosse David Slater (@BirdingEcosse) reported

@CJWildlife @TSB sorry CJ Wildlife but the secure payment from TSB just isn’t working, 30 minutes trying to place an order. Off to shop elsewhere.

  • elaineems2013 Elaine Stewart (@elaineems2013) reported

@TSB Hi I am unable to login, is everything back to normal?

  • TallestTim TallTim 🇺🇦 (@TallestTim) reported

Hi @TSB . I've had someone incorrectly set up my mobile number as their "reminder" service and it's really annoying. How can i resolve this please?

  • SEH1982 SEH1982 (@SEH1982) reported

@TSB cannot do an online shop as cannot approve payment via app or website. Frustrating. Been trying all day.

  • schnitzzz1 schnitzel (@schnitzzz1) reported

@TSB Your app isn’t working on Apple products & your call centres are lying to customers about when it’ll be fixed. What more do you need to know?

  • antonvwoodward Anton Woodward OBE (@antonvwoodward) reported

@TSB You wanted more info about the approve button not working on your app. So, I've helpfully retweeted 42 other tweets about the exact same problem. Sort it out!

@TSB It wouldn't send me a one of passcode. I've used another account from a different bank for the purchase now. But still unable to access my online details even with the pass code text I received.

  • JamesWebsterITV James Webster (@JamesWebsterITV) reported

Hi @TSB - Are any of your systems ever fit for purpose? Why does the "approve payment" button in your app not work? It makes it impossible to make payments online?

  • leepcollins Lee Collins (@leepcollins) reported

Been trying to get through to @TSB for two hours to discuss a mortgage. Phone has been answered twice, they’ve said they will put me through to the ‘mortgage service department’ and then cut me off. How is this acceptable?
