@TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

Not sure if anyone on iPhone is trying to access the #TSB #TSBapp without any joy? It your using ‘Log in with FaceID’ try just going to ‘Log in’ and put in your memorable information - logged me in straight away 👍🏼 @TSB

Of all the apps I have on my phone the @TSB app is by far the worst. It's never working!!! Surely with all of the technological advances available they could produce an app that actually did what it claimed to do

3 constants in life... Death, taxes and the bloody @TSB mobile banking not working. I've never known a company so useless with their Web based platforms.
