This is becoming quite tedious now @tsb . Your app hasn't been working all morning...

@stephen2876 @TSB TSB systems are working. They would not publish planned roadworks (unless directly outside a branch) same as they would not be expected to check and publish every inbound route to their services. As I ask, how would they determine outages on systems they don't access or control

  • becthefox Rebecca Fox (@becthefox) reported

@TSB It's sky Internet causing a problem. Turn WiFi off and use mobile data to access your app. Hope this helps someone.

  • monty67 Steve Montgomery (@monty67) reported

@TSB It has nothing to do with sky broadband! I am a Sky customer, all broadband is working fine, I have tried to log on away from the house using 4g.. Still not working, please do not pass the blame, that is just BS!

@TSB How can you make payments from your account if you can’t log in?

  • stephen2876 Stephen Hall (@stephen2876) reported

@art_fashy @TSB In order to know how to respond to a given situation, you need as much information as possible to make an informed decision. When there are issues, whatever the source, it should be a simple common curtesy to keep your customers as informed as possible.

  • stephen2876 Stephen Hall (@stephen2876) reported

@TSB A little more detail might be helpful. Such as which ISP(s) is/are affected. What other organisations. If the issues are location based etc. If not here then (in more detail) on your service status page.
