    @TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

    Not sure if anyone on iPhone is trying to access the #TSB #TSBapp without any joy? It your using ‘Log in with FaceID’ try just going to ‘Log in’ and put in your memorable information - logged me in straight away 👍🏼 @TSB

    @FilmPhilDoc @TSB It's a pain. I spent about 15 years with NatWest. They managed to lose piles of cheques deposited with them on two separate occasions. Customer service terrible. A huge monolithic unresponsive slow bank. Have used Starling for business now for years- amazing.

    If you have a banking issue and you bank with @TSB then good luck with the process as I'm sadly finding out. It's nothing short of a disgrace @Debbiecrosbie1

    @TSB you are quickly becoming the worst bank on the High St - 35mins in a queue with 20/30 people behind me and 1 cashier working (felt sorry for her) - Floor manager asked to put another cashier on, told they didn’t have the staff

    @TSB Tried paying online. Larger amount than normal. Account blocked. Had a text to call back immediately which I did 40 mins ago. No answer. If I was generally at risk I suspect my financial abuser wouldn’t have left me alone for such a period of time with my cards. Shocking service

    @FilmPhilDoc @TSB Gave up on the High Street banks a few years ago and switched fully over to Monzo. Haven't looked back, never had a problem with anything with them and the many features were instantly beneficial for me.

    Unable to log into @TSB online. Waiting for password by text but this isnt coming through. Eventually get timed out, go through the whole process again and same thing happens. Called them up, they just said restart phone, did not fix the issue. Joke of a bank! #TimeToSwitchBank
