@Coventry_City Please do, also while you're at it get rid of them they're no good. Take it back in house do it yourselves. But saying that, nothing will happen, I'm still 5 tickets down because of them and @TSB so whatever happens with them isn't really going to help.

@RishiSunak This shouldn't be allowed. If I make a bad investment thats on me, my bank should not be allowed to block transfers. @TSB refuses to transfer my funds to @Bitpanda preventing me from investing. Time for the old school banks to go the way of Blockbuster, Woolworths etc

@TSB I’m quite poor and trying to support myself and my partner on my earnings, and because I’m self employed cash flow is often an issue, so I pretty much live at the bottom of my overdraft, and @TSB takes payments on a Saturday which means I only get Sundays panic free

@TSB when did the bank decide that they would send codes to phone/mobile excessively to allow access to banking app. It's becoming very annoying. And yes, I appreciate it's done to help protect me but does it have to be at such high frequency.

@TSB Why are you not allowing my mother to access her online banking without providing a mobile phone no? She doesn't have a mobile so now can no longer access her money. PS you closed our local branch. Disgraceful.

@TSB No. There is no error. Only the Continue button is grey. My address is still the UK one. Maybe is related.

@TSB @TSB Fraud Department (Ceri Ann & her line manager Natasha) did this again - so very paranoid by classifying calls via Relay UK as Third Parties, they insisted on speaking 'directly' to me, #Deaf customer. Repeatedly told me to go into branch.
