@TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

Morning and Thank you @TSB for sorting out the duplicate payment issue. It wasn’t very pleasant experience, it was pretty much panic day. However, this shouldn’t have happened in first place. Don’t be surprise if you lose your customers.

@TSB @agfreeth Instead of putting right over night, Tsb have taken further amounts I'm £1500 missing and £500 overdrawn. This needs sorting now!! Customer service is disgraceful.

@TSB are you actually serious? You return the money you stole yesterday but now when I try to transfer it to a different bank account it keeps throwing up a random error message. In just want access to MY money. You aren’t fit for purpose as a bank.

@Soxthewavingcat @TSB If its a direct debit payment that is incorrect you can claim it to be immediately reversed und Direct Debit Guarantee Will be on banks website and any DDM you signed

@TSB you’ve just taken another £650 from my bank account. You haven’t rectified this issue, you’ve made it worse! That’s now £1200 missing from my account. More duplicated payments. What the hell is going on?!
