    @TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

    @TSB why you aren’t advertising that there issues we were trying half a morning to make a payment online!! That is unacceptable!!!

    @TSB Cannot make any online payments, this is everyone not just me, as advised by customer services last night. App authorization disabled by the IT at TSB and switched to authorize via code sent to phone via text or call..but this is not working either. They are aware!

    @EmilyWrighty96 @fivepandacats @TSB delay. I would urge anyone already with the app to use that. Otherwise I'd expect it to be back up and working tomorrow sometime depending on how many people kept trying because we weren't given good advice. Hope it's sorted for you very soon. I expect it will be. Are you OK

    @TSB (and those following)… the online payment code issue seems to be fixed here now. I'll be helping my parents switch banks over the next few weeks. The downtime is bad enough but the total lack of (useful) communication is a dealbreaker.

    @Spookie_X @TSB I’ve had this issue since Friday lunchtime. They have been aware since then ! Absolutely no idea why it’s taking so long to rectify

    @TSB sort yourselves out. I need to do my online food shop and can't due to your issues! Due to the hours I work (12.5 hour night shifts in A&E) and the fact my mum is house bound we rely on a weekly online grocery shop. Now can't have it today like normal. When will it be fixed?
