  @TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @TSB Done, buffering to load then says Oops. That didnt work. We cant access your account right now. Wait a moment and try again. It does this with both WiFi and with mobile data. I'm not the oly one, please can you check your end for reported problems with the app?

  @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.
