@TSB We should be compensated for this now because every month on a payday we get this issue and get so much stress. #tsbbank #tsb #onlinebanking

  • BoHoartist0 BoHoart (@BoHoartist0) reported

@TSB @TSB have you got a time frame for the issue to be solved and if my payments do not go out are you going to compensate me. I’m unable to even pay wages.

  • Sniffmydiddle 85Juno (@Sniffmydiddle) reported

@Lisehu70 @TSB This is happening to me too.... One big and more alarming issue is that I am in Crete on holiday and can't access my money. TSB are a joke.

  • laurafairs Laura Fairs (@laurafairs) reported

@TSB The problem is that although you’re tweeting an ‘update’ it’s of no help whatsoever to customers. More details/a timeframe - a solution?! This is why you get angry replies. You may as well not tweet at all.

If you want a bank where the app is down on a weekly basis and not only can you not log in to your account to do transfers but you also can’t use your card to pay for things… then @TSB is definitely for you!

@valleychatter @TSB Mobile app down for me, website working.

  • kelshaw1 Kel1506 (@kelshaw1) reported

@mattknights1997 @TSB I thought the app was just down but it seems to be worse than that 😞

  • RachaelWallace Rachael Wallace (@RachaelWallace) reported

@TSB Do you have an eta on when you expect us to be able to access the app please? Pretty frustrating that you have to come on Twitter to find out what's happening, surely a text could have been sent to customers? Not that it goes down every month, communication is as bad as the app👀

  • Gems__Fox Gemma (@Gems__Fox) reported

@Chris02564182 @TSB @iBoldNews Aye she’s customer service not technical engineer. She can’t tell you what she doesn’t know.
