@TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

@TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.

@TSB No: telephone, mobile or online banking, cash machine won't take the card and chip and pin device declines the payment. What is going on? What is the issue, were you hacked? Are our accounts safe?
