@TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

@TSB @britainsmallbiz I’m a sole trader of small business. Fell foul of no government help during pandemic #excluded. Applied today for overdraft as owed money and have bills to pay, trying to do sensible thing. Denied because I made no profit last year - really??!! How does this help small business?!

@TSB your banking app sucks. Had been working beautifully until recently when it no longer recognises any of my details. Reset everything tried again and its now asking for the 10th figure in my memorable info. Which is impossible as it only has 9 figures.

@TSB bring back local banks so when people have issues they can pop in or call their local branch. I'm on hold, trying to chat via the app and waiting for a DM. Nothing.

The customer service @TSB is dire! Trying to transfer money and they need to approve it. Several times they’ve not made contact, text yesterday asking me to ring them = 45 mins on hold, same today and I’m now 35 minutes on hold and not answered.
