    @TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

    @TSB closed my account this morning without notice and refused customer service over the phone. Came down to Kingston branch and received lovely service from a lady. However this is inappropriate attitude towards 5-years client. I’m moving to another bank.

    @TSB Re my credit card account, or as your website and app call it 'Platinum (Mastercard' -when will the 'Pending Transactions' and 'rename account' features actually work again? It's been four long years when you left the Lloyds systems and since either of these features worked.

    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    @TSB what do you have to do to get an appointment to change a name on your bank account. Customer service these days has gone downhill so badly. Why are banks able to give such poor service???

    @integrar what a poor customer service! 7 weeks of follow up and No response to phones calls, emails, complaints or messages. Why does @TSB use them as a conveyancer! @TSB - you should look into this as it reflects very poorly on you.
