    @TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

    @TSB Hi Sophie, I now have an application in progress. I called in, eventually got someone to help. However, been trying to call your London Cheapside location for 3 days: no answer. Pretty bad impression for a new customer that no-one in a branch, can be bothered to answer the phone.

    so it is clear @TSB have no common sense and do not care about their customers. When i call you, I expect to speak to a human, not a machine, I dont want to answer 100 security questions asked by a machine. I will answer the human. Go fix your **** or i am gone

    @Cashplus Hi I've opened an account with you and paid the £9.95 joining fee but when trying to send a faster payment to my account (Via TSB) It says error in recipient name. Do I need to call @TSB about this or is it an error on your part? Thanks in advance.

    @TSB And now a huge queue when it opens. One cashier!!!! WTF. No clear signposting and someone just putting people in multiple queues. So backwards!

    @TSB It would be nice to talk to someone, but you closed the branch, would be nice to stop a lost cheque, won't do it over the phone, have to drive for 1.5 hours to sort this. As a business customer, this is shocking

    @TSB Hello, I gave plenty of notice and even contacted the bank by phone because of the issues with the post strike and was assured a note would be put on my account which clearly has not happened. I am not happy or impressed.

    @TSB Lots of social media posts about banks changing T&Cs. Specifically access to money during difficult economic times & limiting my access to my money. Can you clarify what conditions TSB has in place for account@ without sending me War & Peace 2 million word full T&C document
