  @TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

  @TSB @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB why does it take 2 working days to get a statement generated? Other banks is literally a click away… Please fix this

  @TfL I used my bank card in error yesterday. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?

  @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.
