    @TSB This bank is a joke. Constant problems and never get to speak to a single person. It’s happened to everyone I know that has a TSB account and it’s not ‘some issues’ it’s a very serious issue

    @tsb communication is very poor . Have spent all morning trying to sort out a duplicate payment with the company - only to find out it’s (another) tsb issue

    @TSB @_Milli_Milli I have done all this. Even got them to delete internet banking and reregister. Went back through the checkout and went to authorise payment again and exactly the same problem. Iv literally opened up another account and transferred money into that so I could access it

    @TSB DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU HAVE TAKEN DUPLICATED PAYMENTS FROM OR DO WE NEED TO GET IN TOUCH TO LET YOU KNOW? HOW LONG UNTIL YOU FIX THIS ISSUE. DO YOU KNOW WHAT DATES YOU TOOK DUPLICATE PAYMENTS FROM - IS IT JUST 2ND MARCH OR ARE THERE OTHER DATES. SOME ACTUAL INFO WOULD BE NICE TSB!

    @TSB I have been left with £3 in my account and my seriously ill dog is due to be put down in a few hours. My dog will now have to suffer for longer because I now can't afford to take her to vet. disgusting banks. give my £145 back now.

    @TSB @Redacted55 No . Been ongoing since Saturday for me. The man on the chat service advised me to log out and try again tomorrow hah. In the end I moved the money to a different account, had to phone up to confirm the transfer but at least I can spend it now

    @MoneySavingExp @TSB They have known about this issue all morning and still haven't refunded the money and are just sending out the same apology message to everyone with no update about when we will get our money back... I am personally down £1505 !!!! 😡🤬
