@Xero @TSB our bank feed disconnected in the last week. Daily, I've tried to reconnect, I've complained to both companies and raised cases and nothing seems to happen or work. At this point, I dont care whose fault it is, just that someone can fix it. 😢

@TSB I tried to access my online account last night and couldn’t. I spoke to someone earlier who said they had to put me through to the fraud dept, but I hung on for an hour with no answer. I’ve tried twice more for over 30 mins with no luck. I need access to my account !!!!!

@TSB Finally got through to some1 & the matter is resolved (I hope). Sadly, it doesn't feel like there're lessons learnt. I can't imagine that I'm the only customer who's experienced such a painful CX. This can be improved, happy to share my thoughts.

@London_darkside @TSB I feel your pain. I waited on a Barclays phone line this afternoon for an hour before getting cut off without speaking to anyone. No branches for me either, and an issue that could not be dealt with online. Bah.

@TSB I've spent all week trying to renew the bank connection with @Xero and tried everything including incognito mode, different browsers, cache clearances etc. Losing the will to live now. It seems to be whenever you stick the revolut promo page up as part of the sign in process

@TSB are your systems down again???? Just tried to pay a bill using the automated phone service and at the point where it to confirm the details are correct it just cut off and said your phone lines were closed. This is getting ridiculous now 😡
