    @TSB Not my favourite bank today. Banked with them for over ten years , never overdrawn. Applied for a Mastercard to replace a card I always clear monthly and been declined. I'm not sure what sort of customer they want. Perhaps they want debtors to borrow from them.

    @TSB The first advisor and the online chat advisor could've avoided putting me under this stress today. The 3rd person made a decision to help. 1/3 isn't great. I'm thankful that he did though. Show your SLT this if you can.

    @TSB trying to logon to my account on my laptop. Repeated ‘technical issues’ and ‘can’t complete your request’. Really slow and impossible even to logon. Need to make a payment. Help
