  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @TSB 5 wks ago I visited TSB in Glasgow city centre to have a direct debit camcelled. Was told a block would be placed on it, so why am I still being billed? You going to refund the 45 pounds I've paid this month - for absolutely NOTHING!??

  What ******** are you lot playing at? I know you have scheduled maintenance tonight but why ******** is it at 9:55pm! It clearly states on the app and your website it's to start at 11:30pm.. You lot schedule more maintenance than a maintenance man doing maintenance. @TSB
