    @TSB @PrideOfBritain My neighbour was running a foodbank in Derbyshire She resigned as most that needed help were too embarrassed to ask There were plenty that turned up in a taxi, smelling of alcohol and smoking to beg for handouts Partners often turned up separately and claimed for all family twice

    @SwailesRuth @TSB Banks need to really take a good hard look at themselves. My dad left the Bank of Scotland after more than 50 years as a customer because of their poor handling of accounts when we lost my mum. It’s appalling that this passes as „service“ 🤬

    @SwailesRuth @TSB I needed to change details in two banks after my husband died. Nat West we’re brilliant even though I had no appointment. My experience at Barclays was awful even with an appointment. I came away and switched banks.

    The worst part is you can not open bank account (@TSB) without Biometric Residency permit, even though BRP team sent an email saying it’s technical issue. The document you have it’s no use even though you have confirmation from @ukhomeoffice that you can stay in UK till 2027.

    @TSB tried to send money from a @Wise sterling account to both my kid's TSB savings accounts last night. Both were rejected. Why? I also have a TSB account. #help #customerservice
