  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

  . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB can’t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life
