    @TSB performing to its usual poor standards this morning. Nearly half an hour on the phone to them this morning and no answer. Awful customer service. 👎

    this in turn will allow @TSB to then provide information to a credit reference agency lowing your credit score which allows you as the customer credit to service a debt you may have at a better rate and being conned in to being locked into a full term with TSB 4/

    @TSB @JJBmufc Lesley , when you try and log in there’s a message telling people you are aware app is down, you’d think they would have let you know !

    @TSB I need to register a power of attorney but the phone & online keeps asking for account details. We don’t have account details & we don’t have TSB accounts ourselves. We just need to register the LPA with you. Help!!

    I have se t a DM I am fuming. Your app has blocked me access to paying bills moving my money amount gst other things. This is a disgrace @TSB

    @TSB I wouldn't prefer to DM you as it seems to me that @TSB want to hide problems away behind DMs, when existing and prospective customers should know the truth about poor customer service. Use a feature from a large email provider that they thmselves recommend to protect urself 1/2

    @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

    @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2

    Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important it’s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then
