    @TSB performing to its usual poor standards this morning. Nearly half an hour on the phone to them this morning and no answer. Awful customer service. 👎

    @TSB No option on the app tonight to pay credit card. In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.

    @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.

    @TSB @6ft8_Dwarf There app has been awful since I joined in February and will be worse when Santander take over

    @TSB Is there an issue with the biometrics function on the app? Everytime i try to log in with my fingerprint, i get an error message saying i need to set it up again? I was able to use it last night but then today i have had to use my memorable info everytime.
