.@TSB is it normal for you to automatically phone an account holder and then keep them hanging on the line for twenty minutes with no operator ever responding? If so, this is extremely poor customer service.

@TSB Did what you asked, for the sixth time now, still boots me back to the ID number screen. I have already gone through these steps and there was no resolution to the problem.

@TSB Would be greatly appreciated if you could please fix this problem As I am disabled. Call handlers saying they'll send out a code and it doesn't arrive after 7 weeks still waiting been with the TSB 32 years would be Time For a Change But all bank's are the same!. thank you anyway

@TSB Hi, this is working now. Can you please be more open with your customers about the system being down in future. Post on twitter / Facebook to tell people there is an issue. The app could say something like 'our services are down', telling people to reinstall, etc, isn't good.

@TSB Yes it is working now but not really helpful, it needs to work when I need to use it! Luckily, actual there is no luck involved, it was a conscious decision, my business banking is with another bank, and I have never had an issue with the app, and it has so many more functions.

@TSB Just followed your instructions, set up the app again, and it crashed in same place after putting in all the details and recieving/entering authentication code with error 'Unfortunately TSB has stopped'...

@TSB App Still not working, Can't even make transactions as i have to approve the transaction using the app that doesn't even work. Beyond a joke.. you are litarally costing me money when you are meant to safeguard my money.

@TSB I've been having this problem for 6 months. It won't let me add letters when asking for memorable name, only numbers. Got to the stage now where last time I logged in I transferred all but £100 out of my account.
