    @TSB performing to its usual poor standards this morning. Nearly half an hour on the phone to them this morning and no answer. Awful customer service. 👎

    Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important it’s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then

    @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

    @YouTube i sent you a message and franly you are building the platform into a go kill yourself if you are poor space. i find your managemnt of the issues intollerable though i am too poor to fix it and have been kicked into the not paying pile as i cannot access my bank @TSB

    @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

    @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

    These customers paying well over their current minimum payment terms if you are a @TSB customer, and you follow the terms in one of these letters you will be forced by @TSB to place yourself In persistent debt with TSB rather than being a good paying customer you will then be 2/

    @TSB @JJBmufc Lesley , when you try and log in there’s a message telling people you are aware app is down, you’d think they would have let you know !
