@TSB Phone apps day from hell. Business app needs updating, sends me round in circles uninstalling, reinstalling & telling me it's not the new one. Had same problem with personal account earlier but somehow got the new one installed. Android & urgent as I need to make payments.

@TSB Unable to access my business banking app on my phone as it's telling me it needs updated. There is no update available. Incredibly inconvenient when I need to transfer money and don't have my laptop.

@TSB This is stupid! I will have to think up another password to reset it again! Only to forget it next time you mess with the app and can't fix it. Next time get someone who knows what they are doing to mess with the app!!

@TSB After days of frustration trying to update your app it now won't let me login without valid ID & a selfie. I do not have any valid ID & don't see why you need a photo as you have enough information so how can this be rectified? I need access to my account asap #tsbapp
