@TSB Hi, is there a problem with online banking? I have been told on the menu I need new login info and when I create completely new passwords it's saying it can't be the same as the old one. I can't access my account now.

@ProMediaRes1 @TSB That's terrible. When I opened my TSB account I was given the phone number of the local branch. It's great. I'm disappointed that they are not being more helpful. Come on @TSB get this sorted.

@TSB Hi Sophie, I’ve being sent the same access code repeatedly by email. When entering it, I get the message that I screenshotted previously. The wait on the phone is never ending. I just want a redemption figure? Can someone call with it or just send it to the inbox in my a/c?

@TSB My nearest Branch in Wimborne is closing down soon and the next one is a bit of a drive away. So there’s no other way of accessing other than going to Boscombe or Gillingham going forward? (20 miles?)
