@TSB We have also been waiting three days for a call back- the ID has been emailed. This chap is a) trying to order a new card and b) to see if fraud has been committed I.e. money taken from his account. No one appears willing to help.

@TSB Tried paying online. Larger amount than normal. Account blocked. Had a text to call back immediately which I did 40 mins ago. No answer. If I was generally at risk I suspect my financial abuser wouldn’t have left me alone for such a period of time with my cards. Shocking service

Spent literally hundreds of pounds trying to sort out what are minor issues while abroad and it all goes round in circles. No one is accountable. Imagine asking to prove your current foreign address by coming into your nearest @tsb bank!!!? #endofmytether #tsb
