    Gotta love that the only rough idea of my @tsb balance is when my card is declined. 5 weeks no online banking access.

    @TSB hey tsb every time I open my banking app the app crashes after 5 seconds which leads me to using the website half the time which isn’t that reliable is there any fix to this? I have the iPhone 14 on the latest version and I’ve made sure the app is up to date

    @Beleza_Rach @TSB They are a **** show. Headed towards 5 weeks with no online banking access and 4 complaints now with no acknowledgement or reference numbers sent

    @TSB And once again with zero warning the TSB banking app is unable to authenticate login "you will need to setup your device again" This is the 4th time this has happened in the past year with no resolution by yourselves, your bank and banking app are a joke.

    @TSB Hi I’ve already tried that but I’m still having the same issues I’ve also tried restarting my phone but the app keeps crashing and just won’t open @TSB

    @TSB It’s ok I’ve seen from another thread it was down to a security breach and some customers cards have been compromised, seems there’s a few, not impressed at the lack of communication from tsb as to why the new card was been issued, just the fact it was, had to find out from X 🙄

    @TSB Hi Sophie I’m not sure if you are aware but apparently any payment made on 24th has not been applied to anyone’s account and they are working to resolve it

    @TSB I have not and I will not be doing as I am sick of this at this point, Monday morning I shall be swapping my bank to a more compitent one that can handle modern banking requirements like login servers.

    @TSB Hello, first mortgage payment is due soon however have not had any correspondence via email or letter yet stating what the amount is and date etc, could you please help
