    @TSB west Bridgford branch used to be great customer service but the powers that be think we need to change up banks and replace with terrible terrible customer service. Maybe consult customers rather than have super defensive staff who don’t seem to care about customers

    Dear @TSB your online banking is a complete joke. Not being able to log in, despite using correct details. Not for the first time, it has to be said. But, especially at this time of year. Could be time to change banks, i think. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @tsb Haddington branch STILL closed and very little sign of activity to fix it. meanwhile you expect customers to go to Musselburgh or Cameron Toll. I went to Musselburgh eysterday and waited 25 mins ina queue which is unnaceptable. You have abandoned your Haddington customers
