@TSB Can you please tell me what is going on with your chichester branch? It shows on your website as open, when i have visited it the branch has been closed, 930am, 12 midday, 13.40pm, it looks deserted too, so can you confirm? Ive tried calling but no answer

@TSB Hi, is there a way of viewing my PIN on my account rather than waiting 7 days/ working days for a reminder PIN? It's so archaic and a waste of paper to wait 7 days when other banks allow for immediate viewing after security checks have passed. Please let me know ASAP, urgent

@TSB I have called three times already and I have told you this,they refused to make any transfers or do anything, the advice given was-just wait. You’re solution is to go into a branch, I can’t do due to circumstances and need online access, which you haven’t given me in a week!
