@TSB You block my card 3-4 times whilst being in America … even with notice of me being there and speaking to your fraud department on 3 separate occasions. I had no access to my OWN funds for 3 days and all Iv got after waiting a week for complaints department is an apology. Poor.

@TSB Tried to pay TSB credit card via my bank online, using the 00000000 acc number and sort code given on your website. My bank says acc doesn't exist. How can I pay my cc bill?

@TSB Been a victim if identity fraud - someone has applied for a TSB account in my name - flagged on my credit report. Managed to stop a number of other applications by moving fast - but TSB are way too slow - 2 hours on hold with various different fraud teams 1/2
