@TSB That's impossible. Because I was using my sky broadband to write my tweet. Everything else was working all my other apps was working the only one that wasn't was tsb I even tried using my phone data and my husband's phone data. So pleased riddle me that.

@TSB It has nothing to do with sky broadband! I am a Sky customer, all broadband is working fine, I have tried to log on away from the house using 4g.. Still not working, please do not pass the blame, that is just BS!

@TSB Hi Lesley It appears to be working now. At the time, it was showing that my card couldn’t be processed and I wasn’t able to access my online account either. Thank you for your quick reply.

@TSB I closed my current account with you quite a few years ago but I'm still getting letters about an unused eSavings account.. can this eSavings account be closed in branch? I don't remember any online login info for it etc
