    @TSB But that’s not helpful. Poor service. Silly rule. If you were helpful you would just exchange a £20 note for 20 £1 coins. What is hard about that?

    @TSB Hi there, I have an issue with my Mobile Banking App, it keeps crashing when I open it on my iPhone, I have removed and re-installed the app and the same thing happens. Running the latest iOS on iPhone 12 Pro Max

    @TSB is there a problem with mobile banking log in?, used my existing details, not accepted, does not match records,changed my password and memorable information, tried again , same outcome , does not match our records.

    @TSB I closed my current account with you quite a few years ago but I'm still getting letters about an unused eSavings account.. can this eSavings account be closed in branch? I don't remember any online login info for it etc

    @TSB Bit pointless having a contactless feature then, isn't it? May as well stick to chip & pin & be done with it! Far less embarrassing than being asked to return to the till because the payment didn't go through. I'll be switching soon. Just another nail in TSBs declining service.

    @TSB No I won't DM you privately, people need to know how poor your service is. I am getting the same error message on this outtage as the one I got the last time & the time before that AND the time before that. "We are having trouble authenticating you device blah blah blah.

    @TSB I’m running the latest version of the app, I can login using the website but it’s not ideal, I have tried turning off WiFi and using Airplane Mode but it still doesn’t open
