@TSB trying to make a payment and yet again I am faced with 'Your payment may have been unsuccessful' and 'service temporarily unavailable'. What do you suggest I do? Drive 15 miles to my nearest branch, pay for parking and make payments that way?

@TSB banking app allegedly lost my id. Wants to set me up again and when I confirm I want code via my mobile it reverts to "we need to set you up" so frustrating. And yes I can use internet banking but just not as convenient. Does anybody even know what the problem is?

@TSB No as I am going to change banks. This is incompetent and not acceptable. I am mainly housebound and to find that when I get to the Post Office and not be able to use the service because of lack of organisation, not good! No DM as everyone needs to see the incompetency of TSB

@TSB No it does not address the issue of offering a service and not providing the wherewithal to use the service! What is the point of having the Post Office do your banking if they don’t have the accoutrements? Pathetic! @PostOffice
