Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

jamie robertson (@pinkjockalypse) reported@TSB Haven't been able to access TSB app today, have tried downloading it again and it has made no difference. Internet access is fine too, there is no message on login, indicating work is being done on the app?? I'm assuming the problem is at your end. ??

GillMeg๐ (@Gillmeg) reported@TSB for a couple of months now my app is freezing when opening and I cannot access my accounts. Iโve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. Is this a known issue?
