@TSB I have been charged 3 times for a transaction. You have messed all the dates money has left my account and im confused about my actual balance as i had duplicate transactions that look like they were sorted and now its gone down and all my transactions are not the right date!?

@TSB I would have thought a banner on your online banking site stating the error would be the very least you could do - instead of customers stumbling onto the error. Yes you corrected it like it never happened. Like I said trust is a big deal when it comes to money.

@TSB Thanks for letting me know my card is now going to be cancelled because of your lack of communication to your customers which means that I can't access my money until a totally unnecessary replacement card arrives.

@TSB Judging by all of my other experiences with your customer services dept, I already know that raising a complaint would be useless. I think just switching to a new bank that actually provides a decent service, will be far more effective at this point.

@SnoopApp please please please fix the link for @TSB, it hasn’t updated for almost 2 weeks now and it’s driving me bananas! This is really going to help me budget but not if it doesn’t link 😢

@TSB But you didn’t fix it all or reverse it. My partner is still negative over 2k. And she gets abuse when she calls. What y’all are doing is disgusting. No answers just bots or copy and paste answers.

@TSB Maybe a text would have been beneficial too reassure customers, Twitter is the only platform I've seen this issue raised by TSB. Theres quite a few duplicate transactions on my acc, I'm not even sure if balance is correct. No prob but communication needs to be improved re this

@TSB Thanks . My question was around the poor communication of the event , rather than the actual fact that the money was taken. I only found out it was a bank error by chance - so had wasted other peoples time trying to find out why they had charged me twice. I should have been told
