    Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

    @TSB Hi, is there a problem with your internet banking? I have tried to access my account with two different browsers but have had no success. Mobile banking seems to be OK.

    @TSB Yeah, I've tried that. And typing it is how I get to the homepage...it's literally just the banking link that seems to have to issue

    I wonder what excuse banks and utility companies will come up with for their poor customer service from July 19th. They're not going to be able to use "working from home" thing anymore. #poorcustomerservice @TSB

    @TSB hi there went to deposit money into a tsb branch today. Branch was busy was offered to use the atm to deposit money. Once the money went into the atm was then told it would be in the following day! Doesn’t help for today! #letdown

    @TSB just tried to deposit a chq in tsb strathmartine Road dundee. Only to be see revised hours "due to track and trace" 9am-1pm. I work 6 til 2 and 7 to 3. Do I post it to you like it's the '70s? You shut down my branch too. Time for a change methinks.

    @Fearless_Shultz @MeiWilshire @TSB I've tried on Chrome and Bromite, same issue on both. Must be a website issue as opposed to a browser one
