@TSB Sure, I can do that. I don't have any screen shots. To update, @JonnySherlock 's tip of linking on a Chrome incognito page has worked for now, surely the Tsb IT team can follow the breadcrumbs to whatever the problem is?

  • lydiaidol_ Lydia (@lydiaidol_) reported

@TSB app not working! Sort it out pls need to approve a payment and it won't let me do it on a desktop computer!

  • gruf85 gareth ferrol (@gruf85) reported

Yet again locked out my @TSB mobile app. Cannot authenticate my log in and needs set up again. Been using the same device for about 4yrs and only recently had to set it back up again.

  • cowmincer JenHen (@cowmincer) reported

@TSB Literally nothing happens. The accounts were previously linked, and now they aren't, and won't relink. The Xero site redirects to TSB login page, which won't function. When I've entered my bank details & clicked to login, nothing happens.

  • Seagullshit1 Seagullshit (@Seagullshit1) reported

I witnessed some very aggressive behaviour from a member of staff yesterday towards an elderly customer at your Maghull Branch. How and who can I report this to? @TSB

  • MeisterPortal Meister Eckhart (@MeisterPortal) reported

@TSB Another month, the same issue trying to make a payment with TSB. #LifeMadeMoreDifficult

  • gruf85 gareth ferrol (@gruf85) reported

@tsb why can't I use my mobile banking app? Locked out then when trying to set up its saying there was an error to check if my request has gone through before trying again. Total shambles

  • heyjaylove Jay Love (@heyjaylove) reported

@TSB hi I’m not a customer of yours but I have found one of your customer’s card in Liverpool today. I can’t call any of the numbers listed as they all want me to enter account details. What should I do with the card?

  • purplewheelz Purplewheelz (@purplewheelz) reported

@TSB I am also getting the same error as others are mentioning today. Does anyone know if card payments work before I potentially waste time trying to shop.

  • gruf85 gareth ferrol (@gruf85) reported

@wonder_girlx @TSB Exact same issue for myself. Not the first time either.
