    @TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

    @TSB I have ,you have some serious problems I think I might be taking my money back to @NatWest_Help if your problems carry on ,not being able to make basic card transactions is just ridiculous

    @TSB are definitely having problems against can't even make payments online now or in a shop can not draw cash out which will probably go down as well as some point,can still log into my banking app but it's useless if I can't use my card @DowndetectorUK

    @TSB why has a load of transactions from different companies that went out and came up on my statement dated 2nd march and then been debited again today as duplicates this shouldn't be happening you've toon nearly 115 from me in error !!

    Leason 1 on why not to bank with @TSB It take 3 days to add your card to apple pay. & the staff speak to you like ****! You can send thousands around the world in seconds, yet 3 days and 2 phone calls to link an apple pay card

    @TSB 2/2 will cost me approx £10 in train fare and a whole morning. Any suggestions?!!! And Yes, people do still need to use cheques, especially people with no access to the internet, such as my parents!! What a ridiculous situation. 😡😡😡

    Te @TSB issues were caused by the vanity of @BancoSabadell who were obsessed with showcasing thier IT platform. They certainly did.

    @TSB what's best way to contact you (as chat in mobile banking is still inactive). I opened a current account and used switching service but incentive hasn't been paid yet

    Lovely @TSB advisor on the phone. There’s now no way to pay in physical cheques unless you spend lots of time & money getting to your closest branch, as the @PostOffice method gives no proper receipt. Had an account with you since I was 16; now time to close it down sadly. 😡😡

    @TSB Hi, yet again I’m unable to connect my business account with xero, this is now such a regular problem that it’s causing issues running my business, all I ever get is our engineers are aware of issues but can’t give a timeframe when it will be fixed, not good enough
