    @TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

    @TSB Your newish overt security.... why, when I 'approve a payment' using your app, does your app NOT send me back to the merchant's site to 'continue' the purchase! It just leaves me in the lurch. Several purchases lost, particularly ticket buying which has a time out.... ☹

    @TSB @Martin56354261 I've been having the same problem for over a week making payments online! I've also repeatedly called customer service and done all the reinstalls etc. How long until this is fixed?
