    Hi @TSB, I'm having difficulty logging into my online banking on my laptop, I get an error code 9210358 even though I've entered my user ID / password/ memorable information correctly.

    @TSB @SkyNews @BBCNews and TSB's phoneline says they aware of the issue and payments will be refunded "as soon as possible".... what does "as soon as possible" mean exactly? People have bills to pay!!!!

    @sasbongo @TSB I've had almost £400 whipped out again. Phone line constantly engaged and social media team seem to have decided that work is not for them today. Really appalling service
