    @TSB It’s not just the app or internet banking. I can’t pay for anything, cards declined, can’t transfer money into another account, can’t even make purchases online. I understand technical errors happen with the app but nothing is working and it’s been like this all day.

    @financialombuds @TSB has been down all morning (again), customers are going nuts! This is happening all too often, you need to start holding them to account. It's not on!

    @TSB Tesco are giving me 10 mins to approve a payment, and the mobile app isn't working. If you're having issues, can't you at least stop the need to approve temporarily? Going to lose a whole shop

    @MeisterPortal @TSB The telephone service is appalling . Last payday the app wasn’t working either so I asked to transfer money to someone and they sent it to the wrong person . No apology nothing .
