    @TSB I haven’t been able to login to my account all night which is bad enough BUT it says it’ll be back up and working 6am today and it’s NOT!! 😡 Your service status says internet banking is working BUT SHOCK HORROR IT ISN’T!!! How am I meant to get access to my money?!!!

    @Dracnoiseperson @Suitpossum @TSB I know, sometimes a quick chat is all you need to sort out a problem. But online becomes a huge obstacle. It's such a loss.
