  @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2

  Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  @TSB Haven't been able to access TSB app today, have tried downloading it again and it has made no difference. Internet access is fine too, there is no message on login, indicating work is being done on the app?? I'm assuming the problem is at your end. ??

  @TSB trying to scan a cheque on my phone, it'd be nice if your garbage app could read anything properly or not crash when I assumingly finally get a photo it doesn't hate
