@sammyc46 @TSB I’ve just seen something on Facebook. Looks like major mess up at their end! £600 gone today for us taking us overdrawn and unable to use our card. Terrible service, they should at least send some sort of message to their customers

@TSB you have taken £500 from my account as a duplicate transaction. Your automated service says you are aware of duplicates. After 40 mins on hold trying to speak to a human, the info i couldn't get was will it be back in my account today? If not you will cover costs acocatied

I've been waiting to get through to someone from @TSB for 55 min to try and solve an issue of money being taken out my bank when it shouldn't of been! Nearly an hour is not acceptable
