  Tsb what a terrible bank..block all your accounts and business accounts by a mistake.but now see it's resolved but cannot unblock it until the relevant dept is open at 9 on Monday !! @TSB @TSB_News

  @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

  @TSB I don't understand why TSB accept log in details for weeks, then decide they're not valid, and you have to have an extra password, and tell them the device is your own again.

  What ******** are you lot playing at? I know you have scheduled maintenance tonight but why ******** is it at 9:55pm! It clearly states on the app and your website it's to start at 11:30pm.. You lot schedule more maintenance than a maintenance man doing maintenance. @TSB

  @TSB I have sent the photo. My son who is also a tsb customer has also just tried to deposit a different cheque on his own account and is also unable to do so with the same error code
